It was perfect for our family and was close to the family that we travelled to visit!

If you’re planning a bourbon tour, this Airbnb is an absolute gem! We couldn’t have picked a better spot—close enough to hit several major distilleries but tucked away just enough to relax after a day of tastings. The location made it super convenient to explore the trail without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds, a great outdoor space to unwind, and even some thoughtful local touches that made us feel right at home. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and hidden gem distilleries we wouldn’t have found otherwise. We’ll definitely be back next time. If you’re into bourbon and want a perfect home base for your tour, look no further!

We loved it! Beautiful home with plenty of space for our 2 young children to play. Felt like home! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking, the bathrooms were well stocked, and there was even laundry soap. Perfect stay!

Meg goes above and beyond!!! Not only does she have the best view of the lake, the accommodations are impeccable from the screened in porch to the hot tub to the adorable kitchen and amazing sleeping accommodations!!! Every other cottage on Taylorsville pales in comparison!!! If you have not been, you need to check it out!!! There is a peacefulness and tranquillity that you immediately get as soon as you open the door to the #17.

After the recent passing of my Mom, I needed a getaway to relax , unwind and clear my head . I wanted someplace cozy and private, surrounded by nature. I knew nothing of the area but was very pleased. So quite and relaxing. SUPER clean, very impressive, no details overlooked. While relaxing in the hot tub, you could hear an owl calling in the distance. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

Perfect spot for all things Kentucky! Golf, Bourbon Trails, and Fishing.

We loved having the cottage at the end of the property. It was relaxing and had a nice view of the lake. The kitchen was spacious. We used the extensive DVD collection a few times and appreciated the games provided as well!

Lovely cottage. Had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was fabulous. Perfect weekend.

Great Experience. The house had a beautiful view of a creek and had plenty of room for entertaining. Very clean and well kept, I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at Judith's cottage. She and her husband were very welcoming and super responsive. The cottage is centrally located to the heart of the Bourbon Trail. We also took our dogs on this vacation. While the weather didn't cooperate (think dogs and mud), Judith did everything possible to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to get away and unplug while sampling the Bourbon Trail.

the house was perfect for us and the event we were there in Salem for, we all loved it! it was clean and it was in a quite neighborhood! they are amazing people, if we are every in Salem again and need a place hopefully we can be hosted by them sometime again

This is a good spot and was worth the price. It had everything our group needed and made for a comfy stay. The only things that I have that are even kind of negative are the lack of a few cleaning/trash supplies (no big deal, the host was graciously okay with us just piling stuff near the trash can on our way out) and the kind of creepy basement. But overall excellent place, exactly what you want out of a BnB in Louisville.

Perfect! The pictures do not do justice for this place. It was such a nice and cozy cottage. We felt so much at home. We were only about 12 minutes from town to go get dinner one night and a beautiful country drive there.. The rest of all the meals we cooked in the house and everything was there we needed. We did not want to even leave. We came down to visit the farm machinery show and tractor pull at the fairgrounds. It was a nice easy drive there. So nice to get out of the busy area to such a beautiful home and farm. We felt so safe. It rained the whole weekend, but enjoyed the cottage from the inside listening to the rain and thunder. Everything was so nice. We enjoyed looking through the books throughout the house. It was updated with new but still felt like you were in the original era of the house. I cant say enough how much we loved this place and can't wait to go back!

Nice little house and Tom gave all the information we would need. We attended the farm and machinery show and the house is in a great location for the expo center. The one and only downside that we had is that the bathroom is a little cramped. All in all I would stay here again!

The place was very spacious and clean, along with plenty of amenities and helpful information for surrounding food or things to do near by!

Everything went well with our stay. Other than it raining for 5-6 days straight and having to deal with normal repercussions with that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely do it again! We were in town for business and my guys needed a place to stay. The cottage was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. It appeared in the description to me that there was only one bathroom but I was wrong. It had two(One on the main floor and one downstairs). Our host was attentive and helped in numerous ways when we lost power because of the weather. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place! Rob

The place was very nice. Very clean and quiet. Loved how peaceful it was the entire time. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

GiGi was a great host. She was easy to get ahold of if needed and made the check-in easy. The house was very clean inside with a lot of room. We had a great time as the location was close to the racetrack and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again next time in Louisville.

Loved the place. Loren was great to respond when I was booking. The house was perfect. We have stayed in the area before. Did have a problem with the hot water tank. She came up with a solution. Was able to finish our trip. thank you!
