Loved the cleanliness of it and how convenient the location was to the mall and pool and playground amenities. Upon check out the instructions weren’t extremely clear and it was a bit stressful since I was on a time constraint due to my flight but everything worked out!

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

really enjoy my stay at this apartment. worth the price, it has everything you need such as stove, microwave, utensils etc and also active netflix account. the swimming pool and gym are great.

Excellent place to stay, I can say the best place in Asia I’ve been, because others places where I’ve been were nice but had bad smells, in this apartment all was perfect. U have supermarket in the same building and different cafes and restaurants near. Don’t hesitate to book it if u have to stay in Jakarta.

Leonard benar-benar membersihkan kamar, sofa dan korden sebelum kami check-in. Istri saya tertinggal sweater, tetapi Saudara Muji dengan baik menyampaikan dan mengantarkan sweater saya yang tertinggal ke rumah saudara saya di Jakarta tanpa meminta imbalan. Property ini sangat direkomendasikan dan akan kembali lagi ke sini. Terima kasih atas hospitalitynya Leonard.

This property is very convenient for people who have meetings or activities to do around Central Park Mall or Neo Soho, as it is directly connected to those malls. The place is clean and it has everything we needed - kitchen, TV with netflix, and a small living room. My family, especially our small kids enjoyed the huge swimming pool and kids friendly amenities such as the indoor playground during our stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Jakarta. Top verblijf gehad! Super schoon en praktisch appartement. Perfecte locatie dichtbij Pik Avenue mall en Pik seaview waar je genoeg te doen hebt. En maar 20 min van Soekarno airport.

Like home feeling and good facilities and clean. Look forward to coming back again.

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

Menginap disini menyenangkan, seperti rumah sendiri. Tempatnya bersih, sangat wangi dan kemana2 dekat. Kak Jo sangat membantu mulai dari proses check In hingga Check out. Kak Jo sangat responsif. next time kalau mau staycation, saya pasti akan pilih di sini. thank you kak Jo!!

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Het appartement is gelegen in het centrum van Jakarta en er zijn verschillende winkelcentra om inkopen te doen. Ook raak je vlot tot de bezienswaardigheden in Jakarta. Het appartement biedt alles aan wat je nodig hebt en het is ook ideaal om er te werken voor je bedrijf uit je eigen land.

tempatnya sangat bersih dan nyaman sekali. fasilitas yang oke membuat sangat betah untuk stay disini. pemilik juga sangat baik dalam merespon dan memberikan informasi. 100/100 untuk tempat ini.
