Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Frank’s place was absolutely worth every penny and deserves an A+ in my book. I stayed here with my 4 kids, age 14-7. We were comfortable and very happy. My kids didn’t want to leave. The location is great. The condo is pristine and just as pictured/described. The area is safe and proximate to the beach, park, local dining/shopping. We rented bikes right next door, too! We had the best time exploring the area and the kids enjoyed a lot of freedom and fresh air! Frank’s instructions were clear. He was communicative and easy to contact. Everything was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head! Loved it!!!

I stayed at Amy’s place for about a month, and it had everything I was looking for. The guidance and instructions that were provided were very helpful, and the space was perfect. The location was really nice as well. Close to everything, yet just the right distance to keep away from any congestion, traffic, etc. Highly recommend staying here for a longer rental period.

Michaella was very easy to communicate with. The place was very well lit (lots of windows). The indoor pool was open, the outdoor pool looks very nice and big. It wasn't open for repairs (no water in it). The walk to the beach is across the street and about 9 minutes. Michaella's place looks like it had a professional decorator. She left us beach chairs, coffee, and many extra touches to make us feel welcome. Down the street- popular restaurants/coffee shop that was about a 4 min. drive or we just walked. The best part about this listing is all the space!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, April 18-25, we planned on a relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we did. Brandon had given us quite a bit of instructions & recommendations well in advance of our trip and again at our arrival. He checked in with us the first few days making sure we were ok and if we had any questions. He is a fantastic host. The walk to the beach was approximately 4 minutes & Brandon supplied everything and anything you would need for a day at the beach. Including a wagon to get it all there. The public beach, shops and restaurants were a 6 minute walk, with plenty of free parking if you take a vehicle. The unit itself was well stocked with plenty of essentials, and was spotless on arrival. We like to explore different areas but if we were to go back to Hilton Head we would definitely stay here again.. Thank you for being such a great host, Brandon.

What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

Very nice, secure apartment in the heart of the historic district. Be prepared for some city noise, especially on weekends, but no more that would be expected for the location. Very clean with plenty of amenities and very dog friendly. Lovely stay, overall!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

Milan was a fantastic host, he was responsive and so easy to book with, the condo is fantastic! it had everything we needed and more, it was very clean and spacious. the furnture was super comfy. and the area was so peaceful and quiet. everything is within walking distance by a few blocks. I could not believe how easy and convenient it was to get everywhere, there was great food all around, we biked to the grocery store, enjoyed celebration park, and truly can't wait for our next visit back. thank you Milan for everything being wonderful, from check in to our departure! we look forward to our next stay !

Wonderful condo! The screened porch added a lot to our enjoyment. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s pet-friendly condo! It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog. The location was perfect for morning walks and very close to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic location and outstanding host! We will definitely be back!

The rental was very nice. It was as described and looked like the pictures. My family was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. There is a picture of a walking path in the listing that I wasn’t able to figure out so we just drove and parked each day. Not big deal at all. It was less than a 2 minute drive and parking was directly across the street. This part of Hilton Head has a lot of shops and beach activity so that was very nice to have so close. I would definitely stay again.

Meahgan was a responsive and accommodating host. She and the property manager, Meg, were quick to respond to our questions and were accommodating to our travel plans. We had arrived earlier than expected and they were able to adjust the cleaning schedule so we could check in a bit earlier. The home is well located - a short drive to restaurants, groceries at Publix, and most importantly, a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was comfortable and well appointed. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool area and a nice sized kitchen and dining area. We cooked a few meals there in comfort. I would certainly recommend her place if traveling to HHI!

Spent a month @ this listing. Only needed to contact the owner twice & he responded right away. The place is roomy & well supplied. Since I didn’t have a car it was helpful to have the grocery store nearby & Farmer’s Market on Saturday. The set up for the semiprivate deck desirability depends on who is renting the other unit. Overall I give an A. It was a most pleasant stay!

Very proactive & quick to communicate! We had a wonderful cozy stay. Walkable to restaurants & great playground for kids! 10 minute walk to the beach!

Great place for a couple of small family. The king size bed was very comfotable and the kitchen was perfect to make a quick breakfast meal or enjoy delivery or take out. The pool was a nice quiet place to relax by. Overall, we highly recommend!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 8) loved our visit at The Dunes! Kim was quick to respond to our questions and friendly each time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. our girls especially loved sleeping in the very wel built bunk beds. The FULL SIZE washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. The pool was heated and made swimming in April very fun. It truly felt like bath water! The location was very convenient for biking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, a splash pad, grocery store, and a playground. The walk to the beach was short and easy. It was never crowded. We would definitely recommend a stay here and are already planning to book a stay here for our next visit!

We had a great time at the condo. The indoor pool was awesome. The location was great and easily walkable to the beach and to lots of great restaurants. The place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Some minor things that I would’ve liked, larger drinking glasses and towels for the beach/pool. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind when packing for your stay. We really had a great time and I’d recommend this place and would definitely book again.

I got this place for my sisters 21st birthday to celebrate with her 7 year old niece and I must say this place was nothing short of amazing. there were things for my kids to do, the young adult were very comfortable. He also had every single thing was needed for the beach which was also in walking distance! We will book this again! Thank you Steve!!

Can’t recommend this place enough! This Airbnb has everything you could need on a beach trip and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, including supplies to pack food in for the beach!!! It also came with a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for the beach. The location was perfect as well and close/walking distance to so many restaurants and cute little shops. Lastly, Heather was a wonderful host. Always responsive and well organized! She gave so many recommendations for the area and her instructions for the Airbnb were really well thought out and clear. 11/10 will be staying here again! Thank you Heather!
