Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Street is quiet and beautiful, but the neighborhood (Fillmore, Union, Chestnut, Polk St) is bustling w/ restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our one-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend the place for four adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Perfect getaway near Japantown

Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.

Enjoy iconic SF views from this peaceful 33rd floor corner apartment. Centrally located in pristine Rincon Hill - just steps from Salesforce Tower and walking distance to Ferry Building, the Embarcadero and Oracle Park. Modern building has 24-hour doorman and lovely amenities (fitness center, coworking space and outdoor terrace with BBQs, fire pits). An urban oasis!
