The family met at Jim’s place to celebrate an early Christmas together. There was room for all of us. The kitchen contained all the necessary essentials. The town of Washington provided excellent choices for a dinner or two. I don’t doubt my choice in choosing Jim’s airbnb!

Appreciated how clean the house was. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay even though we were there on business. Enjoyed watching the swallow swoop around the yard. And we were able to use the grill several times. When we had trouble with the DVD player, help came almost immediately to fix the issue.

I can’t thank Anne enough for allowing me and my girls to stay and how welcoming the home was. It gave us peace during a very difficult time and I am forever grateful for it. The home itself is amazing and relaxing.

Really enjoyed our stay. My family and i spent over a month here while i was working. Sandra and Tori were responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed its solitude off the main road and a place where our kids to spend time outside without being concerned for traffic. Very close to all amenities as well. The neighbors were also very friendly.

This is a wonderful wonderful place! My husband and I had our wedding here and our family and bridal party stayed here and we loved every bit of this place. The pictures does not show the true beauty of this place. It’s peaceful, beautiful, clean and large. I can’t say enough about how much I would recommend this place to anyone that is having an event, weekend away from home. Don’t pass over this place I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The house was a delight to stay in, very well stocked for living and cooking, one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in in a very long time. Highly recommended.

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Nice atmosphere, very private, very CLEAN, and an AMAZING hostess. I would most definitely recommend this place! ❤️

Randy's place will be the first place I look for on my return. He was friendly and very helpful to me finding things to do and see. His place was clean, and most of all very cozy. It was private with a small porch to sit and have morning coffee outside. Only a 2 mile drive to the ocean beach was a plus. Convenience grocery store right across the street. Awesome place.

I had a really good time staying here! Beautiful area and really peaceful. The hosts were super helpful and really nice people! The outside shower and provided kayaks are a great feature I would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway for the weekend traveling with our doggies. It was a last minute trip, to attend the annual Harkers Island Decoy Festival. Apartment was clean and peaceful. We would stay again.

Fantastic stay! Fantastic, relaxing setting.... we loved the view of the water. There were some cute Easter decorations inside. The two dogs that live there are amazing! We missed our dogs so much and loved that theirs came to visit! Perfect stay for our family!

We had a wonderful time here. Great spot, such a quick walk to the beach and drivable to so many fun spots to visit or eat. Teresa was communicative and friendly, and we had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend getaway.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

Stayed for a duck hunting trip. The accommodations were good. They even went and got us space heaters since it was low to mid 20s at night to make sure we were warm as we could be. Very friendly people. Nice clean place for a little hunt/fish trip get away!

Ralph’s place is quiet, comfortable and very private. The house was well furnished and clean. I’m familiar with the area, so I knew this beforehand, but this location is very isolated (not necessarily a bad thing!). Plan accordingly and bring all of your groceries and supplies with you or be prepared to drive. The river is beautiful and although we didn’t use it, the boat ramp and dock are very nice! If you’re into astronomy, this region offers some of the best dark sky conditions in the state. The stars were absolutely beautiful! I’m not sure when I’ll be in this area again, but I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through.

Ms Violet and her husband are wonderful people. Had the privilege of meeting them both. My third stay with them.

If your a fan of raw wood timbers, a 37 point buck keeping guard in the living room (i kid not, count them) and a crystal clear view of the night sky by way of the trail in the back, then this is the place for you.

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

Great tiny cabin! Everything you need and nothing that you don’t if you want a peaceful stay in the woods.

They cabin was so cozy, we felt right at home! We loved the inside and outside. This is perfect for a couples getaway. They have a fireplace, we didn’t have to use it but will be great! Everything about this is amazing. Bonnie is great at communicating! The pictures of the cabin, does not do it justice! The cabin, is amazing!

We were in town for our grandson's communion. It was perfect to hang out with our daughter, son in-law and grandkids, lots of room for a 7yr old and twin 4yr olds to enjoy themselves. Cabin is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay!
