The location of the house was very accesible to El Centro histórico. The house was very clean and they are very proactive on what the travelers May need and it is very evident based on utilities and hygiene found in the house. The house is very clean and very rustic. The beds are very comfortable and they are very detailed in their instructions. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and they checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. They do have a dryer and washer at 10usd extra cost. Which we did use and was nice to have as an option. The house is comfortable and definitely a great photo opp. I would stay here again!

Excellent place to rest and disconnect. Great WiFi, secure and private. Kitchen fully equipped, lots of amenities to have a relaxed weekend. We’ll come back for sure!

Somos colombianos radicados en mexico, me hospedé en esté departamento, muy cómodo, limpio, relajado, cerca de todo, súper atención, me sentí como en mi propia casa, aire acondicionado, ventilador, cocina dotada de elementos que te facilitan tu estancia, refrigerador horno, agua caliente, platos, TV por cable, buen internet, seguro, buen estacionamiento, sin duda volvemos

La verdad que nos encantó, siempre tememos por el ruido de los vecinos , acá no escuchamos nada , es una colonia muy tranquila te sientes como en casa desde el primer día , hay tienda casi en frente de la casa , lugares para cenar en la esquina, muy céntrico y fácil la llegada a las playas , la anfitriona te daba recomendaciones y opciones de donde cenar , muy amable y siempre pendiente , contesta muy rápido ! Sin duda volveremos .

el lugar estaba bien ya me avía quedado anteriormente en esa unidad en otra ocasión y en otro departamento por eso la llegada fue rápida ya conocía el lugar por eso me atrevi a alquilar de nuevo por alla solo con un pequeño detalle en el estacionamiento que yo pensé que era por la parte de enfrete y si entraba mi camioneta pero se resolvió rápidamente me atrevo a recomendar ampliamente el lugar muy buena zona les agradezco Alos anfitriones por su dedicación gracias de nuevo y hasta pronto

Me sentí como en casa, asistí al festival del globo y me quedo super cerca, solo tuve un inconveniente con la chapa de la entrada pero enseguida me ayudaron a resolverlo e incluso Cindy fue en persona a resolverlo fue muy amable, el departamento es muy tranquilo y es tal cual las fotos, hay un Oxxo y un par de tienditas cerca, super recomendado este alojamiento

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

Departamento agradable, limpio y facil acceso. las instrucciones muy claras y precisas. todo muy bien.

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Karen was very responsive to needs and helpful with any questions. Close to all amenities including beach plaza shopping and restaurants. Bed is comfortable and wifi strong.

This condo is in a beautiful resort. The view from the patio is stunning. Location and view were the highlights for me. Sit on the patio and take in the view, birds and flowers. Enjoy what the resort has to offer. The condo itself is nice. It’s older and could benefit from some updates but overall clean and comfortable.

Excelente el departamento nos gustó muchísimo muy cómodo con todo los servicios muy bien ubicados todo queda centrico y con unos excelentes anfitriones muy amables siempre al pendiente de tu estancia...

Es un lugar muy acogedor, muy tranquilo para descansar, hermosa vista desde el área de la alberca, el departamento muy limpio, todo ordenado, en la zona hay muchos lugares para caminar, la playa está cerca, hay plazas y centros comerciales cerca, es un muy buen lugar para tomar vacaciones...

Me gusto la ubicación y la alberca. Muy cerca de la playa, muy bonita pero al ser temporada alta estaba muy llena.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay. Consider is very helpful and responsive and the apartment was lovely.

El lugar es muy cómodo, su vista es hermosa creo que es mucho más bonito que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos además su anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable siempre 1000 % recomendado .

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.
