Great location, great home, great hosts!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Lo mejor de todo fue que pudimos estar con nuestras mascotas y fueron muy amables con la estadía de ellos. Nos gustó mucho la casa, disfrutamos el patio, la piscina y el grill. Cumplió justo con nuestra expectativa. Lo único que no esperábamos son los trabajos que la ciudad está realizando en la calle y por tanto fue limitado caminar en los alrededores que son hermosos por el polvo y materiales de construcción.

The space was open, inviting and the view from the dock of the river was amazing! We used the boat and kayaks, fished from the dock, got to rest in the chairs next to the pool and swim. David was friendly and super responsive to all of our needs and questions. Definitely recommend for vacation or stay-cation!!!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Exactly what we wanted. Awesome place by the river with amazing sunsets! Big kitchen, walk around porch connecting every bedroom, big living room and it also has 2 kayaks! Don’t miss out on this place.

This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Raymond’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Raymond was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Jorge's place was an amazing location with tons of restaraunts, entertainment, and amenities available during the duration of the stay. It has great highway access and can reach any of your travel destinations to beaches in the beautiful coast within 30mins or so. I found that his place provided a nice and comfy stay as well, I felt right at home and was able to rest easy as the neighborhood was much better than others displayed on Ab&b.

We had a great time! We came for a concert at VyStar and enjoyed having a place that was close by so we could all hang out afterward.

We enjoyed our stay!! There was so much to do. Five Points area was down town in walking distance . The view was awesome and the home was beautiful we felt right at home and we would definitely stay again

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay! To us, it was like a home away from home. Very clean and has everything our family need! John is a wonderful host. Super responsive and instruction provided was clear and precise. We come to TPC Sawgrass often and would like to stay again!
