Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Staying with William was great! I had myself and 5 friends here for a get together bachelor type weekend since I’m getting married in May. There was plenty of beds for everyone, and we just had a blast playing board games and hitting the town. Would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay in the KC area :)

This was our second stay at Emilee's house. It is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful fenced-in yard for our dog to play off-leash after a long day in the car. Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Blue Springs.

We have stayed here before and it was as great as before. Location is great. There is a park across the street and restaurants close by. The road has little traffic. The bed is very comfy and the house is wonderfully functional and furnished.

We had wonderful stay while in Independence to visit our newborn granddaughters. Check-in went without a hitch, and we walked into a clean, welcoming home. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds, spacious living room…everything you could ask for. The backyard is HUGE, and there’s a good-sized patio along the back of the house. John was responsive whenever we had a question. If we’re in the Independence/Kansas City area again, it would be a pleasure to stay here again. Thanks so much, John!

I love this place. By far the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. Beds are comfortable. The two main rooms are enormous. My family found it perfect. My only complaint is I couldn’t stay longer

It was a really nice stay during a conference I was in town for. Very conveniently close to the site, so much so that I was able to just walk 10 minutes through the gorgeous neighborhood surrounding the place.

Stayed here for two weeks and it was really nice! Cute little apartment, bed is very comfortable and the shower head is fantastic! Really enjoyed my stay!

Amazing location downtown to all the action. We never needed a car, you’re in the heart of the city, place is spotless. Check out the Green Lady Lounge, def worth a visit…:)

I always feel at home when staying in Jacob’s space. Very quiet, spacious, and clean. The space heater, Keurig coffee maker and coffee varieties are much appreciated amenities. Thank you Jacob!

This was the perfect place for me to stay. I was having an event at the convention center and I wanted a place that was quiet and out of the way but not too far. Janine's place was perfect because it was close enough for me to take a Lyft to the convention center most of the time (and each way was less than $10) and a driveway for me to leave my car in a safe area. The house is extremely spacious and decorated nicely. The floors are a little uneven...but it lends to the charm of the house. The lighting was great and it wasn't just overhead lights...there were some nice mood table lamps. Overall it was a great spot and I hope I can stay there again next year!

This place is one of a kind & has such a unique vibe. It was perfect for our family group of 8 couples. We had the full Kansas City experience. We found a murder mystery company to host a private Gatsby themed murder mystery party for just the 8 of us. We dressed up in 1920s outfits & had an absolute blast.

I loved it and every respected everybody’s privacy !
