My girlfriend and I had a tripped planned to Asheville last year but it got postponed due to the hurricanes. We planned a last minute make up trip to Steamboat. Lesley was a great host, always responsive, and provided us with recommendations of things to do around the city. The location of the unit itself was perfect.

Great time with family. We had 4 adults and 4 older teens. 3 bedrooms and three baths was a little tight for the 8 of us, but the location and price made it totally worth it. Nice location, easy to schedule the shuttle to and from the Steamboat Village. Very convenient!!!

We had such an excellent time. Great location particularly because some of us skied and some did not. Highly recommend.

Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

We loved it. Easy on and off the slopes, easy check in, quiet condo.

Our family had an amazing stay. The unit was clean, cozy and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The condo was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. The location could not be beat! Tucked away yet centrally located, steps from the mountain base and restaurants. We had an on call shuttle that would take us to the grocery store, downtown, etc which is so convenient! We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings next to the fireplace. Kim was such a fabulous host. We’ve been traveling to Steamboat for 11 years and this has been our favorite property thus far. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

the place was lovely it was the perfect place for our family and friends to visit after graduation. we come to Steamboat often and this was one of the best places we have stayed in quite some time. We will be returning

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

The Spruce Nest is a gem! From the moment we opened the door to a cozy fire to then locking it up until the next time, we cannot say enough about the place, the amenities, the beds, the beer on tap and frosted mugs in the freezer in concert with Tom's attention to every detail from reservation to the date of this review. I apparently left a book and Tom contacted me and is mailing it back to me. Talk about a fantastic host! We yet to stay in a place where our dogs were as welcomed and their needs so attentively considered. The location is amazing and there is a dog park near by that is not to be missed. There is another residence attached that we had the fortune of viewing and it looks just as incredible. We can't wait to come back! Enjoy this little Steamboat nugget!

Charlie and Cassie’s place was perfect for our grandparents/young family gathering. Located in historic Old Town, it’s an easy and fun walk to the Main Street (Lincoln) with restaurants, shops, and the town’s ski hill while just a couple blocks from a large park with trails, creek and off leash area. Cassie and Charlie have completely remodeled the home and it has lovely original features (exposed brick, some original floors and windows) with new living room, huge kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, and a lovely garden room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked; baby gear including a high chair and port-a-crib were much appreciated. Cassie & Charlie’s place was perfect for all of us (including the family pup) and we hope to return.

We’ve stayed at this beautiful home multiple times and always had a wonderful stay. Already planning to return!

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

My family loved our steamboat stay!!!! Andy’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed, as we like to eat at our place. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the hot tub. The location was perfect:) we were able to walk into the resort very easily. The balcony was amazing too! It was a beautiful day and we were able to enjoy a drink with a view! Andy was very responsive, which I appreciate so much!

We loved this condo! The ski in/out slopeside location was ideal, and the locker room was great for storing our ski gear. We used the host’s suggestion for ski rental delivery, and it was smooth and easy. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. We also loved the shuttle service included with the condo. We used it several times to get downtown or to the village for dinners when we weren’t skiing. The shuttle app was easy to use, and the drivers friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Steamboat.

Our first time staying here, but not our first time with Brie hosting us. She is amazing! This condo is very well equipped for a delightful stay. Comfy bed. Beautiful mountain view, especially from the LR and balcony. Many small appliances in the kitchen... and SO many options for making coffee!!! SO many! Nice cookware. Cooking and baking staples (spices, oil ...), foil, baggies, kitchen gadgets, etc.. Huge W/D was very helpful. Loved the balcony (but no grill as seen in photos). Easy parking and short walk in. With the free bus stop at the end of the parking lot we rarely used our car except to store our skis! We moved in from another rental when we decided to stay a bit longer and that one wasn't available. Brie was very kind to allow us to move our things in a few hours early since it had already been cleaned. We loved our stay and will be back!

Darin kept in touch and was very responsive to my messages and needs. The Apex loft fit our family well, was comfortable, and we enjoed playing the arcade games!

Wonderful lodging, location and host. Our family was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay at Steamboat. The free shuttle got us to the slopes in 5 minutes! Will definitely look for this place when we come back next season. Thanks again for having us!

Amanda's place is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! The complex was (mostly) quiet, it was only a short walk to the bus stop and even closer to the pool/hot tubs. Inside we loved the cozy blankets and the room set up was perfect for our family.
