the place was lovely it was the perfect place for our family and friends to visit after graduation. we come to Steamboat often and this was one of the best places we have stayed in quite some time. We will be returning

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

The Spruce Nest is a gem! From the moment we opened the door to a cozy fire to then locking it up until the next time, we cannot say enough about the place, the amenities, the beds, the beer on tap and frosted mugs in the freezer in concert with Tom's attention to every detail from reservation to the date of this review. I apparently left a book and Tom contacted me and is mailing it back to me. Talk about a fantastic host! We yet to stay in a place where our dogs were as welcomed and their needs so attentively considered. The location is amazing and there is a dog park near by that is not to be missed. There is another residence attached that we had the fortune of viewing and it looks just as incredible. We can't wait to come back! Enjoy this little Steamboat nugget!

This is a very nice place with epic views of the mountain. The sauna is great and we enjoyed it, but it is shared with the other unit. The walk to the slopes is less than 10 minutes, but it is a hilly walk that might be a problem for some people. You can always get a shuttle instead of walking.

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

Yves and Megan were wonderful hosts, welcoming and going the extra mile when it came to my grocery delivery mix up to make sure I had what I needed given my late arrival. The house is a home which is apparent from the thoughtful touches throughout, fun family photos, heirloom linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is exceptional as it is one of the few available rentals in old town, walkable to shops and restaurants downtown and immediately accessible to the local trail system. The neighbors are friendly and most had dogs which our lab Scout thoroughly enjoyed on her daily walks on Butcher Knife and Spring Creek trails.

Charlie and Cassie’s place was perfect for our grandparents/young family gathering. Located in historic Old Town, it’s an easy and fun walk to the Main Street (Lincoln) with restaurants, shops, and the town’s ski hill while just a couple blocks from a large park with trails, creek and off leash area. Cassie and Charlie have completely remodeled the home and it has lovely original features (exposed brick, some original floors and windows) with new living room, huge kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, and a lovely garden room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked; baby gear including a high chair and port-a-crib were much appreciated. Cassie & Charlie’s place was perfect for all of us (including the family pup) and we hope to return.

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

Jana’s place was super convenient to the slopes and the bus was always there when we needed it! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location right next to the wild horse gondola! Just a 2-4 min walk and it takes you right to the base of steamboat resort. Also very close to downtown and other grocery stores. The place was fully stocked with everything we might need and more! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Worked remotely here for a few days and the place was great - clean, great location, very walkable with lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

We had such an excellent time. Great location particularly because some of us skied and some did not. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was AWESOME. Private, comfortable, quiet, clean & beautiful. It was perfect for us 3 girls but could be perfect for 4 as well. 4 min away from downtown, 18 from strawberry hot springs, and was perfect weather for us. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was immaculate and the highlight was the deck which caught the sun for morning coffee and afternoon/evening rays. Highly recommend whether for the ski season (the lifts are steps away) or like us, to enjoy Steamboat after the crowds leave. BTW - try Winona’s for breakfast/lunch. Best grits we’ve ever had, genuinely friendly service, and an overall great vibe!

Proactive feedback. Pictures were perfect. Neighbors were incredibly friendly. Location was beautiful. Condo was cozy. Recommendations for local restaurants welcome and accurate.

Wonderful lodging, location and host. Our family was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay at Steamboat. The free shuttle got us to the slopes in 5 minutes! Will definitely look for this place when we come back next season. Thanks again for having us!

Amanda's place is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! The complex was (mostly) quiet, it was only a short walk to the bus stop and even closer to the pool/hot tubs. Inside we loved the cozy blankets and the room set up was perfect for our family.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Tim was so response and had very held local recommendations. The place was very clean and so close to town! We would definitely stay there again.

Our group of 4 had an amazing stay in steamboat springs! It was our first time and I’m glad we picked Marcia’s place. Everything was so conveniently located for what we needed - the free shuttle to downtown and the ski mountain were so easy to hop onto from the Airbnb, it made it incredibly easy for us to ski as a group and go home separately if one of us tired out. The market plaza is steps away and came in handy for us to pick up groceries, rent our skis from Christy’s, and order bagels in the morning at the bagel cafe. The actual unit was perfect for 2 couples because the bedrooms were equally sized and each couple had a bathroom. Marcia & Wiley were very generous about letting us check in early as our flight got in around noon. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a fantastic stay at Steamboat. We loved this AirBnb everything was within walking distance as far as Steamboat ski resort is concerned, and downtown Steamboat was just a short drive away. Shana was a fantastic host - offering great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo was also extremely well equipped throughout. We loved hanging out in the spacious living and dining room. And several of us had to do some work remotely - between the desk upstairs, the dining table and the bar table in the living room there were plenty of places for each of us to get our work done yet still be social. Also the kitchen was very well equipped making it easy when we wanted to prepare meals at the condo. I would highly recommend staying at Shana's AirBnb! The perfect Steamboat home base!
