Wonderful family home + sunny garden in the lovely location of Dulwich Village. Close to a range of bus and train options into central London. Walk down to Lordship Lane with a village high street feel - plenty of options for food, cafes, cinema, leisure centers etc... Close to the hang outs of Peckham and Brixton but quiet enough to enjoy some reflection. Newly renovated home that we sometimes leave behind for our own adventures. This roomy two bedroom flat is warm and comfortable and perfect for a family/mature group of friends. It sleeps up to five people as we have a chairbed that's perfect for a child or teenager. For larger groups you also can rent the garden flat that sleeps another four guests. Kensal Rise has lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It's a short walk to the overground, a 10-15 minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

Our fabulous, artistic family home near Notting Hill is spacious, cool and comfortable for a family or couples. The house has four- five double bedrooms, two rooms have their own bathroom. Walking distance 10 mins from Portobello Road and the funky shops. There are two cats who live at the property, I’m happy to provide a feeder or for you to feed them, we can discuss. The property could host ten people but I feel that may be too many to manage in terms of dining etc but happy to discuss.

West End flat, first floor , 1 separate bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room ,accommodate 3 people , in the hart of London close to everything. Walking distance from most of the central London tube station and Eurostar station too. No suitable for babies under 2 years old and children are counting as one person. Just few block away you can find Oxford street, Regent street and Bond street shopping areas, Soho bars and restaurants area, museums, Covent garden s theatres and market.

Family Home in trendy area, zone 2, near transport

Our home is located in an excellent spot in the middle of traditional English pubs, new trendy bars and restaurants. It is about 10 min walking from Chatsworth road, with restaurants and shops. 5 min to buses and overground taking you into central London in 30 min. We live just by the park (across the road) which got a great playground. It is also close to a nature reserve with walks along River Lee. Very close to public transport that can get you anywhere in London quick and easy!
