Île d'Ortygie : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The apartment is in an excellent location, near to a bustling market and restaurants. We visited with an 11 and 14 year old. The apartment had plenty of space and the WiFi is good. We enjoyed a glass of vino on the beautiful balcony after a busy day, the kids enjoyed their down time in the apartment whilst we did this 😍 Siracusa Cathedral and the marina are within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend Schiticchio Pizzeria for the most amazing pizza and Mokrito for a fish platter. Parking is really easy. We parked in the car park opposite the apartment. They charge €15 per day. One of the highlights for us was having the market right outside the apartment, selling fresh fruit, vegetables and fish! The kids really enjoyed making fresh orange juice (bought from the market) in the morning with the manual juicer in the apartment. What a memorable break 😍

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

We spent two nights at this apartment in Siracusa and loved it. The location was only moments on foot to the sea or piazza Duomo or countless restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable, and very quiet due to its courtyard location. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Gestisko.Ortigia. The apartment is spacious, updated, and very clean. The location is excellent for an easy walk into Ortigia and it’s walkable to the Greek Theatre. The host was very communicative throughout and he was responsive when we encountered a maintenance issue; he had the issue fixed quickly. We definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay!

Antonio is a great host. His apartment is impeccable, a lovely home away from home. Great space, stylish and modern decor, good kitchen equipment, lovely terrace and hot tub. He’s responsive and gave us a lovely check in in person. Thank you for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Siracusa, le logement est très bien passé et très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire y est. Ortigia est accessible à pied et ça c'est un point très positif. On trouve très facilement des places dans la rue de l'appartement pour se garer. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. Merci pour tout.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is very calm and relaxing. Both the inside and outside of the house is very nice. We already miss having our morning coffee on the terrace. By car it is very easy to explore the surroundings or find a nice beach. Manfredi and Alessandra were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft von Sebastiano befindet sich in dem alten Fischerviertel in Ortigia. Kleine verwinkelte Gassen , kleine zweistöckige Häuser. Alles sehr romantisch. Auch über zwei Minuten Fußweg ist der tägliche Markt (8-14 uhr geöffnet) erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein altes aber total restauriertes Haus in zwei Etagen und einer Terasse auf dem Dach. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige zeigt wie es aussieht. Alles in Ortigia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch überall mit kleinen Bussen vertreten. Und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 20 minuten zu erreichen, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und konnten auf der Terasse frühstücken. mit einem Blick auf die schönen alten Häuser, die nach und nach restauriert werden. Der MArkt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis, und ist auch für die touristischen Mitbringsel um ein wesentliches billiger als in den Tousistshops. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Maria Ludovica a Pasqua con la mia famiglia., ma ho sempre avuto contatti con la co-host Rosy, che è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili. La casa è grande e accogliente e ha un magnifico cortiletto nel quale rilassarsi dopo la giornata passata a visitare la città e i dintorni. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto, anche di un microonde, nel caso si volessero prendere piatti da scaldare, e di una lavatrice, se ci si dovesse fermare a lungo. L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Ortigia. Bisogna tenere presente che non ci sono molti negozi al dettaglio (alimentari, panetterie) nelle immediate vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo e ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo andarcene perché ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa nostra.

¡Estancia perfecta en Siracusa! Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Simone y fue una excelente elección. La ubicación en Piazza Santa Lucía es muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a Ortygia en solo 10 minutos. Además, el estacionamiento fue sencillo, algo que se agradece mucho en la zona. El apartamento es cómodo y bien equipado. Destacamos la calefacción eficiente, ideal para los días fríos, y la lavadora, que funcionó perfectamente. Simone fue un anfitrión atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias, Simone!.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Petit appartement charmant, très cosy, bien aménagé et bien décoré. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Terrasse agréable.

Appartement très bien agencé, situé à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique, parking dans les rues adjacentes facile, nous avons bien profité des installations de cet appartement, notamment la terrasse le matin pour le petit-déjeuner, consignes claires d'utilisation de l'appartement,au calme

Merci à Michel Angelo pour son accueil. C'était tout simplement parfait. la maison est idéale tant par l'emplacement que par sa conception et ses prestations. on a énormément apprécié la terrasse, la proximité de la petite plage au pied du restaurant familial. Le breakfast offert par la maman de Michel Angelo était très généreux et plein de bonnes intentions. C'est l'esprit même de ce que doit être un hôte : générosité, réactivité, professionnalisme. Lieber Matteo, danke dass wir Deine schöne Wohnung nutzen konnten, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt und bis in Details durchdacht. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte zum Domplatz laufen und auf der Straße findet man immer einen Parkplatz. Schön ist auch die Dachterrasse zum Frühstück oder Abends. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, der auch guten Mittagstisch zum mitnehmen anbietet. Matteo ist super nett, schnell in der Kommunikation und hatte proaktiv viele Tips für uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

When I get an AirBnB, I always hope to be comfortable and get a sense of local experience. Lucia's place went above and beyond. Personal touches that showcase the wonders of Ortigia, alongside her personalized recommendations made us feel like we were able to access the best of the island. It was an unparalleled location by the Duomo, restaurants, beaches, and beauty beauty beauty. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great setup for larger groups in the center of Ortigia, with two apartments connected by a central inner hallway. Very clean, airy, and the location was great, walkable to everything. The street that the apt is on - while accessible to cars - is super narrow, so we opted to disembark and walk from the main intersecting street instead when getting luggage to/from. Apt "A" has the larger living room and terrace access, with three bedrooms adjacent to one another, (one en-suite, two that share a bathroom) that open out into the street and a washer/dryer. Apt "B" is more like a loft, with a kitchen/dining/sofa bed, and a spiral staircase with one lofted bedroom (with bath).

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da, aber die Wohnung eignet sich auch für längere Aufenthalte, besonders wenn man die grosse Terrasse benützen kann, sei es zum Essen, Sonnenbaden, einen Apero geniessen.

Superbe séjour passé dans cet agréable appartement. Localisation parfaite en plein cœur du bouillonnant marché d’Ortigia, et des principaux points d’intérêt de la ville. Très propre, deux grandes chambres avec leurs salles de bain respectives, on s’y est très bien senti. Je recommande chaudement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in p Ortigia! Ich kann es nur empfehlen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse ist auch toll, man hat einen 360-Grad-Blick. Die Unterkunft ist extrem gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Direkt vor der Tür findet immer vormittags ein kleiner Markt statt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und dort wohnen!

Logement très bien situé ((10 minutes à pied à peine d’Ortiggia) Marco est très accueillant et très sympathique. Le logement est très propre, clair et fonctionnel. Possibilité de parking surveillé juste à côté. Tout était impeccable !!!
