The apartment was well-appointed with every amenity needed for a pleasant stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and secluded yet walking distance to two beautiful beaches and close to nice restaurants. Liz was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

It’s conveniently located close to the airport. Easy check in/out. We also appreciated being able to do some laundry. Thanks Ania and John!

Our family had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from beach towels and snorkeling gear to a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal — close enough to explore beaches, and local spots, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true retreat. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was seamless. We created memories here that our family will cherish forever. I had a comfortable stay. I loved the local bread and produce in the kitchen. Avocado toast with banana and papaya was amazing sitting on the front lanai. The bed was quite relaxing with lots of soothing pillows for a perfectly restful sleep.

Sehr schöne Gegend und Umgebung. Mit den Kindern hatten wir genügend Platz, Aussen mit Pool und Garten und Innen ist es sehr gräumig. LeeAnne hat immer sehr rasch auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Wir waren begeistert und würden wieder kommen. LeeAnne und Evan haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet.

We had a great stay at Lorelle Petite Retreat apartment. We loved the location being on the hill; it was nice, cool and tranquil. The space was clean and well shocked. Lorelle is a very generous, friendly person.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Would certainly stay again. Well-located home base near Kona, close to everything but outside the main hustle and bustle. Easy checkin. A few other reviewers mentioned some loud neighbors - I experienced nothing like that. Place was just as described and perfect for my needs. Thanks!

Serenity Hale was an exceptional find! Everything that was stated in the description was accurate. The view is unparalleled! 40 mile vistas into the horizon or look down the coast towards Southpoint. The property was very quiet and secluded at the end of the neighborhood. We also enjoyed spending time with Mojo the dog. Jim let us run a load of laundry mid-week. We used the grill with the kitchen plates and utensils provided. Overall, a great place and great value.

The air bnb was absolutely amazing. It was equipped with everything you will need to cook and the pictures don't do the view justice. It was better than we could have imagined and Amanda was very quick with answering any questions we had. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about how great this place is. It's beautiful, inside and out. It's actually the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Really, everything is top-notch, down to the products Jennifer uses, the availability of laundry facilities, and the friendliness of the host. Jennifer was so accommodating, bringing us veggies and fruit from the garden, and even bringing us something we left behind to the next place we were staying in town. I was a little intimidated by the steep driveway at first, and I wouldn't recommend showing up for the first time after dark, but I quickly adapted. The place is so quiet and peaceful, and I would say the pictures on the website don't even capture how lovely it is. I would definitely stay here again if we're fortunate enough to return to the Big Island.

I am so glad to have found this wonderful poolside bungalow for my long weekend. It’s tugged away in a little corner of this island paradise in a quiet neighborhood. Self check-in was quick and easy. The room was spotless clean, very comfortable and well thought out. There is even a water cooler/dispenser by the pool which, by the way, is for my exclusive use and made the place even more special. James & Rocky were warm and welcoming without being intrusive. James came by with a very nice welcome treat and that was the last time I saw anyone during my stay, though I knew they were right there if I ever needed anything. Internet was OK when it worked but be ready for the occasional spinning icons. But then, who cares?! I was supposed to be unplugged in this perfect get-away hideout. Mahalo nui, James and Rocky.

Lou and Kami are wonderful hosts and the place is amazing. It's even better than the photos showed, and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, cute style, and designed with guests in mind. The view from the lanai was amazing no matter what type of weather, and we really enjoyed our little bird friends!! They were very responsive and kind people, and we'd love to stay there again! Make sure you check out their book of recommendations, everything in there is amazing!!

One of the best places I have stayed. My Boyfriend said the same. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable with lovely ocean views and hearing the waves from the bedrooms and entire unit. Brad and Susan were so friendly and welcoming. Brad helped me so much with determining what to do in our short stay with great insights and took lots of time to offer suggestions and knowledge of the Island. There was all we needed for coffee and snacks to tide us over. Everything was so thoughtful and it was obvious the amount of care he put into the property. It is 25-30 minutes to Hilo, but the drive was really not too bad and honestly quite worth it. There were so many things we didn't have time to do, so I plan on returning. Thank you Brad & Susan!

This is a lovely space, immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and conveniently located. I found myself thinking, "wow, nice touch" frequently, and Ruth is super helpful and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. And if you step out into the street (which is quiet), you can watch the sunset over the ocean. Don't hesitate to book it. I'm really glad I did. It's one of the best vacation rentals I've seen.

Mary was an amazing host. Her property was immaculate and much larger than I anticipated. We had plenty of room for my family and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to sleep with the windows and sliding door open for the fresh cool air. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus and there was a washer and dryer as well. Top notch service from our host who went above and beyond for us. I loved all the attention to detail. There were nice ceiling fans in each room. Plenty of towels and wash rags. One of the most thought out rentals I have stayed in. I would highly recommend Mary’s place to stay if you’re on the Big Island. Mahalo Mary, for your hospitality!

This is the best AirBnB I've stayed at in a while. The house is gorgeous with a beautiful deck and garden. The hosts were kind, communicative, and helpful. It was incredibly well stocked with kitchen things and they left thoughtful touches such as coffee, cold waters, and snacks. Absolutely lovely place, would stay here again any time. Literally perfect!

This was a great place outside of the resort area. Wendy was a great host and left us some fresh fruit which was delicious. It was a short walk down to the beach and we saw tons if turtles. The place was well stocked with beach towels and gear, and there was laundry available which was a plus for us. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore beaches in this area while staying somewhere a little more off the beaten path.

What a wonderful place on the Big Island to explore the big island. My son (college age) loved his stay here.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond, offering great suggestions for food and sightseeing, and even kept us updated on the volcano status, which was super helpful. The hot tub was absolutely incredible — the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a reason this place has all the perfect reviews! It was extremely clean and super comfortable. It really does get cool at night outside and opening the windows gives a great breeze and the rainforest sounds of frogs outside was relaxing. Now there is a rooster right outside that will wake you up for the first hour of sunrise but it's stated clearly in the listing. Also, it's a short drive to the cliffs to watch the sunrise so I was up anyway. It really felt like a rainforest oasis and it was so cool! Christopher was an incredible host and gave amazing recommendations too! I would totally stay here again!

I arrived in Kona earlier than expected and wasn’t sure where to stay, but thankfully the host allowed an early check-in, which made everything so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and made for a great stay. Thank you!

As a family of three, we found this place comf, The pool was a nice place to cool off at the end of a hot day. We loved the Lanai and grilled some steaks one night on the common area grill. The Aloha vibe was the best part with friendly staff and tropical bird sounds. Mahalo for many our stay so special!

Sheena’s studio is awesome, very spacious for 2 people and away from all the busyness. Everything was super comfortable, especially the bed, and best of all this place has all the small essentials you need for a great stay like laundry detergent, beach gear, and shower stuff. The kitchen was also super helpful as we were able to cook our meals and we had everything we needed there. Being higher up the place never got too hot and we slept very comfortably at night with the fans. Sheena was an amazing host, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend this place for your trip to the big island.
