Очень рекомендуем. Чистая, удобная квартира со всем необходимым. Включая пляжные стульчики и зонт. До пляжа 600 метров напрямую. Внутри комплекса реальная зеленая зона и бассейн хороших размеров. Вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Цены ОЧЕНЬ И ОЧЕНЬ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНЫЕ, выбор огромен и качество на уровне. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. Реальность превзошла ожидания. Davinia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer. Man hat nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für alles andere benötigt man ein Auto. Ich hatte herzliche 4 Wochen und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

El alojamiento es tal y como en las fotos y la descripción. La zona tranquila y con servicio proximos , bares , restaurantes y tiendas. Buen sitio para ir con niños.

Kanonboende med fantastisk takterrass. Rent och fint med ett par bra restauranger utanför dörren och stranden 5 min promenad bort.

Die Wohnung ist wie in dem Inserat beschrieben, mit tollem Balkon und Dachterasse. Es war alles sehr gut gereinigt mit Ausnahme der Pfannen. Das liegt jedoch nicht am Reinigungspersonal, das gute Arbeit leistet, sondern am Vormieter. Die Wohnung liegt nach Süden. Dies ist besonders im Januar/Februar toll, da es dadurch immer schön warm in den Räumen war. Die Kommunikation mit Lars sowie check in als auch check out war super. Da bei weitem nicht alle Ferienwohnungen in der Nachbarschaft belegt waren, war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die 4 Wochen sehr genossen.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Maria ha sido encantadora en todo momento, y todo estaba limpísimo.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Julieta, tout est parfait: décoration, espaces, c’est très fonctionnel et pratique! Le quartier est calme et proche des restaurants, je recommande notamment Vino Divino Bar Restaurante sur la Plaza Nueva . Le jardin méditerranéen et d’une manière générale tout l’extérieur sont top!Proximité également à pied de la plage et du très beau Paséo Sardinero ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue et les axes routiers pour visiter , sont tout proches! Une belle expérience que je recommande à 100%!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Faultless property and hosts. Photos on the listing don't do the place justice. It is beautifully designed with everything there you could need, all immaculately clean and the place smelt beautifully fresh when arriving. Check-in was great with a very friendly but brief tour, with all key information needed. The area is absolutely beautiful - 30minute walk to the beach through the nature reserve. The pool at the property is also beautiful - perfect for cooling down on a hot day and also exceptionally clean and tidy, all set in very well kept garden areas. There was another very nice couple staying in the other Fincha, and sharing the pool was no problem - we were both respectful of each other's space and found alternate times of day to use it and have privacy. We were here after a family wedding, but if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Karen antwortet blitzschnell und das Haus ist wundervoll!! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist absolut genial. Vielen Dank

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

Ginés est très serviable, attentionné et accueillant. L'appartement a une vue imprenable, encore plus que sur les photos. D'une propreté impeccable l'appartement de Ginés est très confortable. C'est simple, envie de revenir ici. Marijke

Encontré un hogar las dos semanas que estuve. Desde los detalles de bienvenida, cómo olía la casa y la ropa de cama, hasta las vistas, con unos atardeceres de ensueño.. inmejorable. La habitación principal da al club náutico además, y se ve el amanecer, con una mesita ideal para estar viéndolo mientras te tomas el café. Hay una atmósfera mágica. Óscar estuvo atento en todo momento. Sin duda si necesito escaparme en cualquier otro momento, no elegiría otro sitio. Gracias!!

Denise & Barry were amazing hosts, very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They provided us with everything to ensure a comfortable stay, even down to beach chairs, cool box, parasols etc. we were happily greeted with a welcome basket with ingredients for Tinto De Verano which was lovely. Location perfect, beach, bars & restaurants near by. Denise & Barry stayed in touch the whole time with recommendations and information on surrounding areas. I would highly this property. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooi appartement met heerlijk dakterras. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en goede kwaliteit. Locatie is top. Op loopafstand van strand en restaurants. Fijne en goede service van Jacek. Gascilinder van de bbq was leeg en werd dezelfde dag vervangen.

Es el segundo verano que vamos a casa de Bjørn, nos encanta! Es un perfecto anfitrión, pendiente de todo, muy amable y dispuesto. Es un 10!top!

Nada que reprochar. La casa estaba en perfecto estado, como aparecía en las fotos, y Claudio estuvo muy atento siempre que lo necesité. Además, el piso esta situado a escasos metros de la playa como bien indica en la descripción, y la zona es muy tranquila, no hay nadie que te pueda molestar. Ha sido todo un acierto haber pasado 5 días allí y muy agradecido con el trato fenomenal de Claudio.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica . La casa es muy acogedora y moderna con todos los utensilios necesarios en buen estado . Muy bien situada , en zona tranquila , pudiendo ir tanto al pueblo como a la playa a pie . El propietario ha sido encantador con una gran flexibilidad en los horarios , muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos .
