We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable for two people. It is located in a nice residential area. Although it faces a quiet street, there is some traffic noise from nearby, but it is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small and although it lacks a dishwasher it is stocked with enough for light cooking. Faucet has a Brita filter. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Our only concern was that there is a 5-inch step up from the living room to the kitchen, and a 5-inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, a potential problem for those with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

Betsy’s place is a great spot for visiting our family in the neighborhood. It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood near Decatur.

My partner and I had a lovely time! The cottage was clean and tidy, the amenities were exactly as described, and Chris and Mallerie were very communicative. The cottage is private, peaceful, and everything is labeled to help guests navigate the space and the amenities with ease. We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in the Atlanta area!

Me encantó el departamento y la zona. Muy cerca del zoológico y el parque para caminar tranquilamente. Hay cerca un café y un restaurante. El lugar es muy tranquilo y agradable. Es lindo ver las ardillas y aves desde la ventana cuando desayunas. Cerca de tiendas y del centro de Atlanta. Volvería a hospedarme ahí. Estoy contenta de haber elegido ese hospedaje.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Great location walking distance from Decatur Square. Small and cozy apartment good for solo traveler!

Just what you need for a couple to stay in Atlanta economically and in nice neighborhood in private location. Small but has everything you need if all you want is good clean place to lay your head.

First time in Atlanta, had a fantastic time. Beautiful and cozy place, perfect for anyone that is traveling through and needs somewhere nice to stay!

Very clean, well-maintained and spacious apartment above the garage, tucked away down the driveway in a lovely stretch of Decatur near Agnes Scott. While not QUITE as secluded as it might seem at first glance (a major road is half a block away), you get a treehouse-like sense of removal and privacy from all the foliage out the numerous windows. It'd be great to have just a *little* more lighting down the driveway/path for when arriving home late at night, but I felt safe and comfortable. Good stay!

Quaint place to stay & nice change from the hotel scenes - the surrounding area is high in crime but this neighborhood and location are its own oasis. Close to everything we needed for nightlife and sights !

They were great hosts. The communication was clear, helpful and responsive before and during the trip. Nice apartment which was well appointed with a nice laundry room, incredible linens, comfortable bed and great kitchen. Good location and great hosts!

Absolutely heavenly stay! My mom and I loved being up with the trees. So peaceful. Great proximity to Atlanta and its best neighborhoods. Everything was smooth and easy. Would totally stay again.

Although we stayed for only one night, we really enjoyed it at Steve's place! The house was situated on a side street, so it was super quiet and peaceful, and all the plants and trees are so beautiful! Inside of the house was clean and amazing. We will stay there again if we will come back to Atlanta for sure! Thank you, Steve!

This was great! My best friend and I had a girls weekend here and it was super quiet and nice. The bed was comfy and the there was a nice amount of space for us to put our things out of the way. It might look small but it was roomy and comfortable. The area was great super safe and the people were nice. Also there is a fan in the closet. That fan is so powerful. Love.

Stayed for several days while recovering from surgery, as I needed to remain within the Atlanta perimeter for three days post-op. The location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from the hospital in case I needed to return. The space had everything we needed: a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a big TV! It was perfect for the two of us. It felt very private, and we hardly noticed it was attached to the main home, aside from some noise on our last night—which was a Saturday and completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The stay was very nice and was as described. Chantell was an excellent host! I would stay here again.

I am so thrilled I found this place nearby my friend’s house. Immaculate and quiet and so well maintained and organized. I will have a place to stay with ease when I am in Marietta again!

While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the off street parking and it location make this place a jewel. Just a very short walk from Piedmont Park, and within walking distance of many restaurants, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and Ponce de Leon Market (via the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta Beltline). 15-20 minute drive from the Zoo, Aquarium, High Museum of Art, and many other great attractions and sites in the city that we were unable to visit during our three day visit. Consider bringing or renting bikes to explore the Eastside Trail even furhter. We have no idea the Beltline existed until the host informed us. What a great treasure for the residents and visitors to Atlanta. If we return to Atlanta we will definitely stay here.
