With your own private gate from the garden up through the pine trees, you are met by the wonderful panorama of the creek and the ever-changing views of this tidal area of the Humber estuary, with stunning sunrises and sunsets offering wildlife in abundance for nature lovers and water sports for the more active family.

Ashley Gardens is an Art Deco period property, situated in the heart of Old Hunstanton. Our compact apartment is on the ground floor, all on one level, surrounded by a mature, well kept communal garden and with free off-road parking. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, a refurbished bathroom, two bedrooms, a lounge and decent WIFI. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
