A great place to stay for a family to explore downtown Chicago. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, and restaurants. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here before. It's always really clean and nice. The towels are super soft, and the pillows and linens are awesome. You're right across from the outlet mall, and a farmers market type store across the other way. There's a cute little ice cream shop on the corner. You're close to the beach and the zoo. It's just a nice place to rest and reset. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Gold Coast apartment while my husband attended a work conference downtown. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from shops, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet it still felt quiet and safe. Despite what I’d read in some reviews, we experienced very minimal street noise— maybe twice a car passing by with a loud radio, but nothing disruptive at all or worth getting ear plugs over. The apartment itself was spotless, well-stocked with personal essentials, and the perfect size for our small family. It was cozy, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly responsive—by far the most communicative and thoughtful host I’ve ever had on AirBnB. You can really tell he cares about his guests’ comfort and experience. 5 stars from us—we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago!

Joshua’s place was incredible! Everything matched the description on the listing. The area was very walkable with lots to do around the neighborhood. Joshua went out of his way to make my birthday staycation at his property an amazing experience! I would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay here- so amazing our dog didn’t want to leave on check out day! The location is GREAT. Everything is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away and it’s quiet despite being in a neighborhood. We were very impressed with the restaurants in town too, we went to most of the places Ryan recommended. Brewers was our fav and Beer Church was a fun hang out spot! We also loved spending time playing ping pong in the garage shed. This place has everything you’d need, definitely want to come back in the summer.

Really enjoyed my stay here for the month, house was perfect for what i needed. Never had an issue . Peter got a new couch for the place and had a patio redone out back, he always communicated well with his plans and asked when worked for me, very polite and nice dude

AMAZING LOCATION! I'd like to point out that I stayed in this location for a month. I'd also like to point out that I will be returning. This place was very clean, neat and newly renovated. I have a phobia of bugs and didn't encounter anything the entire stay. The neighbors were very nice. The block was peaceful and not to busy. Not to mention Nikki was the best host that I could've ever asked for. She was extremely responsive and very personable.

For me it’s was an amazing experience. I absolutely loved the sauna. I am a cold natured person and the heat was relaxing. Do not get me started on the bidet! My first experience was well…let’s just say I’m probably going to put one in my home. Victoria was a super host! I travel the country building playgrounds and I’ve been staying at Airbnb homes for several years. Victoria made our stay here very memorable. 10+ on my scale of Hosting!

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

Visited Chicago for my first time with my daughter and her friend. The Airbnb was wonderful. So comfortable and so perfectly located. Really felt right at home and so happy with our choice. Will definitely stay there again if available next time we visit Chicago.

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

Neel was a great host, he communicated well and was able to accommodate early check in. His condo was the perfect location for my friend group and I. We were a group of 7 and fit comfortably and enjoyed using the kitchen and game area. We could walk to take the train to all of the locations we needed to go - it was a very walkable air bnb. We would definitely recommend !
