Awesome place to stay. It was very clean and in a perfect place to explore the city. Great restaurants right nearby but also close to train stops for easy access to other areas. TAIMS was always super responsive.

I needed a local place to stay while my apartment was being renovated, and this spot was perfect – homey and very clean! The unit I stayed in was slightly different from the photos, but the decor and layout were similar (as noted in the listing). It's located in a quieter part of River North but still super convenient, with Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Such a great stay, amazing view, and walkable to so many incredible restaurants and sights. Had a blast and hope to return someday!

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

Great kitchen for making meals for the family and easy walk to the train station to go places.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

This rental was even better than the photos. Gorgeous condo. My kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor pool was awesome to have as one of our days was too cold and windy for beach or outdoor pool. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balconies. Location can’t be beat, right next to the Stray Dog. Jason was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We hope to return to this great spot!

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! Well appointed and comfortable unit in the Cove. Lovely decor.

Nice little home with a great backyard for the kids to run around in. Comfortable patio furniture so that the adults could relax for a minute while watching the kids. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for our stay!

Such a roomy, comfortable, stylish home with lovely art and amenities! Particularly wonderful were the gorgeous sun deck, comfortable grouping areas (kitchen + adjacent sitting areas), and the many walkable coffee places (get to Dark Matter / Electric Mud Coffee House!) and restaurants.

A hidden gem! We booked this for our getting ready space for our wedding. There was plenty of room for my husband and two boys to get ready in without feeling crowded. We are definitely keeping this on our list of places to stay when we are in town again.

The house was perfect for my week long vacation. The amenities were luxurious but also felt like home. The location also felt safe and easy to navigate. It surpassed all of my expectations, especially having a young one. The host was very kind and friendly. I would stay there again without question.

Mike is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is very quiet and safe.

My family and I are originally from Benton Harbor so when we come into town we like to stay in airbnb's to accommodate us. Sara's place did just that! The house was very cute and homey. They did a great job with remodeling of home. My family loved that they thought of all the little touches a family might need when staying there. If you're coming to visit the beaches or the shops in St. Joe you are only a few mins away from all the action. We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book with them. We really appreciated the quick responses we received when we needed to ask questions.

I had an amazing stay at Josh’s place! The space definitely caters very well for both large and small groups. It felt like home away from home for the few days we were in town. Everything was as pictured if not better than. Josh and Shawnalee were very helpful with any questions I had, they also offered some great recommendations for things to do around the area. Overall 10/10 would recommend and book again✨
