We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Shane is a great host and was very responsive and accommodated us last minute. Not to mention we and our kids had so much fun with the games! Foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade game, and a giant Connect Four - how cool! We were on our way to Sarasota Springs and were very happy to have found Shane’s place to hang our hats for the night before making the short trip down the next morning.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Host thought of everything. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Great value for the place and we would highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

Dan’s place is wonderful for a quiet, romantic getaway. We loved the deck and the big green space to walk our dog. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean. Dan was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I are hoping to come back someday!

This place is what AirBnB strives for. It was perfect in all ways for a business stay with a colleague. We had our own spaces and space to talk and work together. Ellen has a style that I just love. The decor is thoughtfully place-specific and the bedrooms so sweet and inviting. It doesn’t feel like a soulless money-making rental, but rather the coolest guest apartment of a friend you’re lucky enough to visit. Ellen has restored my faith in the platform.

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

Fantastic 1 bed, 1 bath on a quiet street, 1/2 block to a beautiful park through which you can access Broadway. Apartment well appointed, clean with comfortable furnishings and bedding. Jack was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Suggested a great Italian place, Solevo Kitchen & Social. Putnam Market on Broadway is great for soup and sandwiches if you just want to grab something and go (gets busy around lunchtime). Everything walkable within 15 minutes. Look forward to our next stay

I had a great time at Lena me and my family were a big group we were able to have breakfast dinner everyone had their own space privacy and rooms there were towels washing machine dryer everything you needed I will definitely be returning with my gang of children

Donal's carriage house is walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. The 3 parking spots right out front allow for guest coming from different regions to all drive and not have to worry about finding a parking garage or street parking. It is only a short drive to the lake or SPAC. Don was proactive and very responsive.

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Beautiful condo right in the heart of town. Perfect location for everything. Had a great time and a great stay there!
