The west wing is separate from us and has a separate fenced in courtyard with small grass area.

Salty Serenity Duplex Unit B is a pet friendly, cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house located at ground level. 4 minute walk across the street to Cocoa Beach. (No ocean view) Remodeled in 2018 including all new paint, flooring, coastal beach decor, furniture, flat panel smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, central heat and air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and kitchenware. Everything in this beach cottage is brand new including a full size washer and dryer.

Make yourself at home in our updated 1930's bungalow. Located just a few blocks walk from all the shops & restaurants in downtown Melbourne. You'll only have a 5 minute drive to the beach! House has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. There is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy. We are also right across the street from the library which has a small walking path filled with all types of birds. We do allow 1 dog with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.
