Wir durften eine Woche hier Urlaub machen. Daniela und Familie waren super freundlich, immer erreichbar und haben uns ganz selbstverständlich Teil des Hauses sein lassen. Die Kinder waren von den Kaninchen begeistert, die Lage ist wunderschön. Vom Zeitpunkt her war nicht viel offen, an möglichen Aktivitäten, dennoch haben wir viel erleben Können, wie Ausflüge zu Seen, Hexenlehrpfad, Klettern, Gondel fahren, Spielplätze erkunden. Für uns war es genau die richtige Mischung an Aktivitäten und Entspannung. Die Wohnung ist wirklich top sauber und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Wir waren für ein Wanderwochenende da. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Bettina mitsamt Familie ist äußerst sympathisch! Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und die Lage im Ötztal eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Gerne wieder!

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

The place is same as what is visible in the picture. The location and neighbourhood was very good with walkablle paths, shops. We 3 families stayed with 7 kids and it was big house nicely organised with all basic amenities present. Elisa was very responsive and quick and we would love to comeback to stay longer here.

Wszystko było idealnie. Dom czysty, ciepły, bogato wyposażony. Olbrzymia przestrzeń dla dzieci. Okolica piękna i cicha. W pobliżu supermarket. Gospodarz w stałym kontakcie, odpowiada na pytania niezwłocznie, służy radą. Wyjazd bardzo udany

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Tout s’est très bien passé. L’arrivée et le départ sont bien organisés. Le rapport qualité/prix est très abordable surtout pour la proximité avec les stations de ski locales. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème pendant le séjour et n’auront pas de mal à retourner dans cet hébergement.

wir waren eine woche bei Andrea sie sind sehr sehr sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich noch besser als in den ferien man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause Andrea und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfbereit und schauen wen nötig das es dir gut geht wen etwas fehlt ein grosses kompliment an sie wie sie es machen ich werde sie weiter empfehlen es war die erste erfahrung mit airbnb und ich war sehr positiv überrascht ein grosses dankeschön an Andrea und ihren Mann einfach grossartig weiter so

Le logement est très agréable, très lumineux, moderne et impeccable. Isabella est très acceuillante et conseille de très jolies randonnées. La région est très belle et le logement est idéalement situé.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Küche ist extrem gut ausgestatett. Angela ist immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Viele wunderschöne skigebieten befinden sich in der nähe.

Ich kann mich den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, über das Normale hinaus. So einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und eine Schublade mit Essen für den ersten, nein, die ersten Tage habe ich noch nicht gesehen! Die Kommunikation mit Johannes ist unkompliziert und angenehm! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Denise! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und genau so, wie beschrieben – einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Denise war durchweg reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich ihre Hilfsbereitschaft: Sie hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung parat und hat uns sogar bei der Buchung von Tickets für den Aquadome unterstützt. Alles in allem ein großartiger Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber- so etwas haben wir selten erlebt. Gemütliche Betten, toll ausgestattete Küche und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Praktische Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen und durch die zentrale Lage sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in schöner Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung und schöne helle Wohnung mit viel Sonne. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und Lagerplatz für Skisachen.

Caroline is very warm and responsive host who manages her property with excellence and made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. The "unassuming" Austrian village turned out to be a very colorful place very conveniently located within relatively short ride from several world class ski resorts. There are magical local slopes that are hidden from the mass tourist but are truly beyond any praise just a wonder of nature. The apartment itself is very fresh, modern, with all the necessities like good wifi and fully functional kitchen and parking lot right at the entrance. The balcony is a very special place to catch some sun rays in the afternoons. The proximity to the train station is actually a plus, think of it as living next to subway/metro station in the city. 30 min and you are in Innsbruck! Very quiet, no crowds. It is a local gathering place where people jump from trains to local buses and grab pizzas and beer. Caroline is mega responsive and helped us with every request.

Wij waren enorm enthousiast over de ruimte in het huis. Een ruime keuken en leefruimte. Vriendelijke ontvangst, we konden alles vragen,...genoten van ons verblijf met uitzicht op de bergen.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar modern. In der Küche/Wohnzimmer und dem Badezimmer sind smartspeaker die gute dienste geleistet haben. Wir haben uns "wie zu Hause" gefühlt wie man so schön sagt. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier definitiv richtig.

Heerlijk natuurhuisje waar je super goed tot rust kan komen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Precies wat je nodig hebt. Ontvangst was heel prettig. Ze hielp ons goed en vertelde veel nuttige dingen over de omgeving. Ook als we vragen tussendoor hadden dan reageerde ze vriendelijk. Wij hebben de hele week kunnen wandelen en de auto niet hoeven gebruiken. De bus is gratis met een tiroler pas en hebben wij de hele week gemakkelijk kunnen gebruiken. De omgeving is prachtig! Perfect voor mensen die van hiken, mountainbiken en andere sportieve activiteiten houden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Für vier Personen im Rahmen eines Aktivitätenurlaubs war sie absolut ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Für große Menschen könnte die Dachschräge etwas herausfordernd sein. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

This apartment is perfect for remote work and long-term stays. I worked here remotely for nearly two months (October-November) and loved it. The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.
