This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Jesper es un excelente anfitrión. El departamento también súper wow, excelente. Fui en el gran premio de Mónaco, los precios son altos en general en esta semana, el único pequeño problema que tuve fue encontrar el departamento y las escaleras hacia el mismo. Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

La maison d’Helena est hyper belle et toute neuve. Sur les hauteurs de Nice à 15mn du centre en voiture donc pratique et en même temps en dehors de la ville avec une super vue, piscine canon et jardin d’enfant très appréciable. La maison étant neuve il manquait quelques petits détails pour que tout soit pratique à l’usage mais nous avons fait une liste à la propriétaire qui va y remédier. Si vous êtes en voiture même un format moyen ne rentre pas dans la maison mais jamais aucun problème pour se garer devant. Vraiment de super vacances chez Helena je recommande.

Ce week-end à été fantastique. La maison est hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent vraiment bien. La vue est sublime. Tout a été parfait! Matteo est un hôte très sympa et réactif.

we've had a great time at the little house! the area is very private and calm with a nice view! by foot it's 20mins to the city center but totally doable! would totally recommend :-))

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
