Fantastic place. Well-furnished and clean apartment which easily accommodated me, my wife and our 16 year old daughter. The balcony looking over the old-town and the ever-changing blue of the bay was breathtaking. Close to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. A 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The restaurant recommendations were excellent: especially Bistro d’Antoine. Would highly recommend it and hope to come back some day.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The property itself is beautifully maintained and exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Vytas has thoughtfully equipped the space with all the amenities one could need, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The interior is tastefully decorated, blending modern comforts with a touch of local charm. The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenic surroundings. Additionally, Vytas was a fantastic host, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beauty of the French Riviera, Vytas' place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue du balcon est superbe. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur le parking privé gratuit de la résidence est un gros plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Alain et Sandrine sont des personnes formidable, bienveillante et le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable, je recommande ce logement avec grand plaisir ! 🙃

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

What a great place! We have stayed in many airbnb, but this one stands out. The place is very spacious and we loved the roof terras with the jacuzzi which worked perfect. Everything is provided in the place. Thank you Isabelle as well for the welcome gift of a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice and cookies. The beach is within a very easy 5 min walk. Antibes old town is fantastic and a splendid walk in the evening to get to so many beautiful places and excellent restaurants. We went with a 14 year old teenage girl and 10 year old boy and they both loved the city as well as the appartment. Thank you Isabelle!

Tout s'est bien passé , l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien aménagé et il est très bien situé . Amedeo est amicale , il nous a donner pleins de bonnes adresses et je le remercie d'avoir accepté que nous venions le soir de Noël , si je retourne à Sanremo je serai ravi de relouer son logement .

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Accoglienza molto cordiale e completa disponibilità da parte dell’host. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e molto pulito. Consiglio vivamente ad ogni coppia come piccola fuga d’amore, ottima la vasca è stupendo il cortile☺️

Consiglio a tutti la mansarda sul mare, un posticino accogliente e rilassante a due passi dal mare. Claudia è stata un’host impeccabile, sempre gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto le 4 rampe di scale, da tenere in considerazione se avete bagagli pesanti o mobilità ridotta, altrimenti diventa una piacevole palestra gratis, come dice l’annuncio :) Grazie Claudia e alla prossima!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Super séjour, l’environnement est magnifique et calme, la résidence est bien placée. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Cindy est une hôte réactive et attentionnée.

Ett lugnt och trevligt boende i en del av Nice vi ville lära känna mer. Den nära belägna järnvägen med stationen inom fem minuters promenad var fördelaktig då vi också ville nyttja den för ett par resor. Inget störande buller från tågen. Något längre promenad för att ta sig till spårvagn men både linje 1 och 2 inom ca tio minuters promenadavstånd. Bra köksdel med modern spis och ugn vilket uppskattades då vi gärna lagar mat själva från lokala råvaror. Kommer gärna tillbaks till detta boende där vi blev väl mottagna av värden Kim och hennes vänlighet både inför, under och efter vistelsen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

prachtig uitzicht over Nice. We gingen met een baby en konden tegen extra betaling een babybedje en stoeltje lenen. Heel vlotte communicatie. Bussen stoppen direct aan de deur. Daarmee kan je richting Nice of Monaco. Het enige nadeel is de drukke straat, maar eens in het appartement vergeet je die al snel.

We had a brilliant stay - very clean and comfortable. A great base to explore all along the Côte d’Azur. We really loved Antibes and there are lots of lovely local beaches. We took the A bus (for free!!) 15 mins to juan les pins and had a brilliant beach day. Ville Franche sur mer and Menton were also beautiful and easy to get to my train. We didn’t need a car at all as the bus stop is directly on the main road outside the complex and the train station is a 10-15 min walk. Would definitely recommend - a fantastic stay thanks so much

Elena è una Host piacevolissima. È super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato dove poter cenare e ci ha indicato un po’ i punti strategici della zona. L’alloggio è dotato di tutto. Addirittura Elena mette a disposizione assorbenti intimi per donne. Il mattino ci ha fatto pervenire anche dei croissant caldi e freschi e avevamo a disposizione tutto per la colazione. La vista dall’appartamento è spettacolare e nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non passavano nemmeno troppe macchine che urtassero l’atmosfera. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è ancora periodo di manutenzione però l’abbiamo vista ed è molto carina. Il box è capiente e vicino all’appartamento. Incluso negli spazi c’è una terrazza ampissima, accogliente e dotata di sdrai, ombra o sole, a preferenza, barbecue e tavolo con sedie. Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!! Unica pecca, non per noi, se non si amano le lunghe passeggiate, nei dintorni, a piedi non si raggiungono i posti per prima necessità

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Un séjour parfait à Nice ! La maison est située sur une belle colline avec une vue magnifique, au calme, idéale pour se détendre. Le logement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Un grand merci à mon hôte, extrêmement gentille, chaleureuse et toujours disponible. Tout est facilement accessible en bus ou à pied, à condition d’être à l’aise avec la marche. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement chaleureux et confortable. Il est parfaitement équipé pour vivre au quotidien. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont été rénovées avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention portée à l'éclairage : le salon est très lumineux, avec un joli lustre à six ampoules. La résidence est calme, sécurisée par un portail à code, et surtout, il y a une place de parking sécurisée. Un lieu parfait pour séjourner en toute tranquillité !

Excellent séjour dans une résidence très agréable.
