Imperia : locations de vacances en bord de mer

L'appartamento è praticamente perfetto, bello, comodo e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione ideale perché a breve distanza dal mare e dal centro ma al contempo in una zona tranquillissima, verde e silenziosa. L'host è stato disponibile, cortese e attento alle mie necessità, ma anche propositivo e utile a consentirmi un soggiorno piacevole e interessante con consigli e suggerimenti. Sono molto soddisfatta e non escludo di tornare: grazie ancora, Simone :)

Otroligt vacker utsikt från lägenheten i ett fantastiskt område med Belle epoque-villor och vacker strandpromenad. Vi hade gärna stannat längre! Trevlig och bra kommunikation med värden, tack för allt!

Very nice place, area and very friendly host

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great location by the seafront and in the middle of the town. All amenities easily within walking distance.

Das Appartement liegt an sehr praktischer Lage wenn man den Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe haben will. Der Verkehr vor dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört und den Zug hinter dem Haus haben wir kaum mal gehört. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer sehr sympathisch und sie gab immer sehr schnell Auskunft, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gabs in den umliegenden Strassen. Das Appartement ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der tollen Wohnung von Corinne. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Abscheid fiel uns tatsächlich sehr schwer. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Meer mit einer richtig schönen und ruhigen Strandpromenade. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, Grasse etc. ist die Lage perfekt! Direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage ist ein großer Supermarkt, was sehr von Vorteil ist! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die gesamte Wohnanlage (gut gesichert) ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Der Infinitiy-Pool am Dach ist ein wahrer Traum! Die Kommunikation mit Corinne war sehr angenehm. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war perfekt! Alles in allem war es für uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

We have had a very nice stay at Philippe’s villa. The pool is really nice, the house is beautiful, it’s walking distance to some very good restaurants, bakery. Philippe gave us a very nice and detailed house tour and travel recommendations the first day when we arrived, and answered our questions during our stay, all the communication went super smooth. If you are looking for holiday house for family for friends group, I highly recommend this one. Our best experience in Airbnb so far.

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

Es un loft precioso con una amplia terraza. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina y baño con todo lo que se necesita. También tiene lavadora y muchas toallas para el baño y para la playa. El lugar es inigualable, enfrente de la playa y muy cerca del centro y paradas de transporte. Amo Niza y ahora mas por haber conocido este loft, regresaré muy pronto!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Il est confortable et très pratique. Il est surtout très bien situé. On peut y venir en train. Sinon, on pose la voiture sur le parking et tout peut se faire à pied ou en train. A deux minutes de la gare de "Carnoles - Roquebrune", 2 minutes de la plage, 3 minutes des commerces à pied. L'ensemble était très propre et nous avons pu échanger très facilement avec les propriétaires par messagerie. Bref, je recommande. Attention, l'appartement n'est pas grand, il faut donc être organisé pour pouvoir y passer du temps à 4 personnes.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Appartement bien décoré, à deux pas de la mer et proche du centre de Diano Marina. Bien équipé. Explications claires et communication facile. Je recommande.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.
