I booked this place for my boss and his companions, and they couldn’t have been happier with their stay! The amenities were complete, the atmosphere was perfect, and everything exceeded expectations. The place is very spacious and is very clean. We like the extra little details like having charging cables and adaptors, first aid kits, and office supplies. The location is safe with security at the gate and is conveniently located close to a grocery and other restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

Renz is very responsive when it comes to inquiries and he also gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. He is also very considerate of his guests and allowed us to checkout an hour later than the checkout time. His place was exactly as it looks like in his listing! It has everything a vacationer needs. Toiletries, tissue, and towels are provided for each guest. The unit also have complete dinnerware, microwave, refrigerator and utensils for cooking. The interior, fast internet and readily available netflix makes the place very cozy! And let's not forget the very comfortable bed and pillows that makes your sleep really well after a day's exploring! Will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we go to Bacolod! Highly recommended. 💯

Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Staying at Zenith’s place was great. It is clean and well organised, and smells great too, exactly what’s in the photos. The beds are comfortable and aircons in both the rooms and lounge area. The hosts are proactive in communicating with us, answering our questions quickly. They even meet up with us during the check in and check out and helped us with our luggages. The only downside of the place is the dogs in the neighbourhood are very noisy during the night which is understandably out of their control. If you have a car it will be a challenge to find a parking but luckily the hosts are very helpful in finding one and our car was secured for the entire stay. In general, Zenith’s place is a great place to stay. Thank you to all the hosts. Keep it up! Cheers!

The place was exactly as described, as well as clean and literally a few meters from the guardhouse of the village. The host was also responsive and helpful with what needs we required during our stay. From the shuttle service within the village, to the restaurant/cafe outside the village, not to mention the accessibility of public transportation, will definitely recommend staying here on your Bacolod trips!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. Tera’s place was worth every penny. It’s located near Festive Walk which made it easier for us to navigate to the mall, shops, restaurants and bars at night. The description of the unit is as described, and even more remarkable in person. The place was kept clean, and very roomy. Teta was very communicative throughout the whole booking and responsive when we had questions. Such a kind host as well. We will definitely stay and recommend Tera’s unit again!

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. The place is the same as described. It is spacious and clean. It also has the amenities that I needed - microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and kettle. The location is very peaceful and I would really recommend booking this place if you want to relax from the busy city. There’s a nearby supermarket, restaurants and cafes which was really convenient. The host is also friendly and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to understand.

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉
