Comfortable, cozy place, very friendly host that respond quickly, nagbabrown out lang every wednesday na hindi na banggit sa amin and nag down din ang generator ng mismong building before kami mag check out kaya hindi na enjoy ang last day, plus recommended na mag self check in dahil mainipin ang isa nilang staff ,Tin is her name. I have no complaint to the host and the place, will still recommend sa mga friends ko, iwas lang sa date ng brown out and may attitude na staff.

The location was conspicuous - as it was located behind Cosmopolitan Hotel, it was easy to locate. We didn’t drive for this trip, so we had to rely on public transportation; however, there was a lot of confusion as to what to ride especially en route to the unit, so we ended up riding taxi’s instead. If you’re planning to commute and are on a tight budget, I recommend maybe asking Dexter about the jeepney’s first. Anyhow, Dexter was responsive — in fact, he was very prompt and polite. I love that his instructions are clear re: check-in/out + going to the location, house rules, etc. My friends love to cook, so we appreciate the availability of kitchen utensils in the unit exactly as advertised. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the neighbourhood seemed quiet and safe all through our stay.

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

Thank you for your warm accomodation Ms Kate. We had a great time. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Ate Nelia for making our stay feels like home. Our room was already prepared and we were able to checkin even if we arrive early. Just pay minimal early checkin fee of ₱200 per hr. We opted to pay because we want to settle right away and start enjoying the place. Ms. Kate is very rssponsive and checks on us from time to time. There were various restaurants located near our accomodation. Less traffic also in the area, so you can maximize your time roaming around baguio. Security in the area is high which is good. Easy to get taxi if you want to leave your car in the basement parking. Thank you again team Kate and Nelia, we will definitely come back.

This place gives a full pack of things you need for staying, though it has no finite scenery due to construction. But still, one of the best place to stay specially for tourist. Tourist spots are nearby and you'll have easy access to public transportation. Will definitely go back! Thanks!

Maganda ang place malamig at nakatulog rin kami ng maayos. Malinis ang place at safe kasi nasa loob ng gate my cctv pa. Also the location malapit lang sa city proper at madali magcommute along the way lang kasi ng taxis.

Place is easy to find and near to all the tourist spots. Unit overall is very clean and peaceful. We’re also able to use parking space and guards are very accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host, with complete instructions. No hassle at all. Will surely book this unit again and refer this to friends.

Great place to stay. The only problem we had was the unstable internet connection but nevertheless, our stay were absolutely awesome. Her mom was kind too, approachable, and really helpful.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Tony’s. At first we were confused with the Airbnb stated address, we got lost a bit, but luckily Sir Tony was responsive and able to guide us smoothly. Good location with private parking. You can also opt to take taxi as there are taxi bay right when you exit their residence. Place was spacious and tidy Will definitely consider rebooking. ☺️

the hosts were very welcoming along with their staff. Proactive communication and most you see how much value they've put to the place and service provided. would highly recomment the place and will definitely come back. families would enjoy their time there since it is peaceful as compared to the hostel community nearby. The market is also walkable and cooking food is easy with a complete kitchen

Very satisfied with the house that I booked. Wholehouse is very clean & very relaxing view. Caretaker Den-Den is very helpful & accommodating. I'll recommend to a friend & go back at anytime in baguio..

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy place in Baguio! The location was perfect—just a short walk to The Mansion and Wright Park, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all 7 of us. One of the highlights was the rooftop, which offered stunning views of the surrounding area. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the cool Baguio breeze. Rhia was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great stay in Baguio with a prime location and an amazing view!

Not our first time in Baguio but its our first time to try Airbnb bcoz most of the time we booked hotels. What you see in photos is also what you get in actual, clean and comfortable. Very good location, 5 mins.walk to Baguio Cathedral and Session road, 10 mins. walk to SM baguio and to bus terminals (Genesis/Joy Bus/Solid North/Partas). With complimentary coffee, bathroom towels and tissues,shampoo and conditioner. With complete cooking & kitchen utensils,microwave and ref. Great find.

The place was clean and is big enough for 6 people. The location is also great, not to near, not to far from the city center. The parking slot is also relatively near the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit! The parking was super convenient since we had a designated spot provided by the owner. The unit itself was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed, which made it so much easier for us, especially with a toddler in tow. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they even had kid-friendly plates, spoons, and forks! The owner was also very accommodating — even when we had to call late at night, they were quick to assist. We highly recommend this place for a worry-free stay with a nice view.

Celine was super accommodating! Seriously, it was so easy to deal with her. We went to Northern Blossom but didn’t realize it was closed on Sundays. Told Celine we will probably go back to Northern Blossom Monday morning and we were not sure if we will be able to check out at 12pm. Celine immediately made some arrangements and gave us until 1pm to check out. She’s so responsive, the unit is so clean and very homey. Great view, elevator is just one step away and same with the parking!! We will probably come back to Celine’s place in the future! Thanks much, Celine ☺️

Upon our entrance, the host was already there to welcome us and informed us about rules and regulations not just about the room but also about Baguio, which was very informing especially knowing about Baguio’s car coding, saving us from the trouble. The unit was very homey and very clean. It has the complete necessities you’ll ever need especially in the kitchen with its microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric stove. (appreciate the complementary coffee, dish soap, hand soap, and drinking water). The faucets and shower also has a built-in heater. We didn’t had any issues while we were staying. The view in the balcony is also very nice as you can see a glimpse of Baguio’s landscape. You can also access the view deck for a much more experience on sightseeing. Overall it was a very nice stay 🤗 Thank you!

We had a great stay! It was hard at first to find a place with reliable internet since we planned to work from home, but this one exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the space was clean, cozy, quiet, and private—perfect for WFH and relaxing after. Plus, it's conveniently close to tourist spots, which made exploring super easy. Highly recommended!
