Our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests (assuming 1 person on the twin rollout bed).

I provide laundry soap as well as coffee for your stay which makes 4 cups per pack or kcups with some notice I can leave out extra.. Use of grand bear water park is NOT included
