Everything was great with one exception. Having access to the beach club is very important. It makes no sense for residents for the time that they are resident in the estate not to have access. This is not the owners, Kirsten responsibility, but needs to be addressed. Would be pretty easy to introduce finger prints for the guests. We solved our issue by getting access to another estates beach house through my brother who was staying there. It is so important to us, that unless this gets resolved , we will look in this estate.

Our stay at "Flat Out" in Ballito was absolutely incredible! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed—washing soap, mosquito repellent, anti-mozzie cream, toys for the kids, family games, coffee pods, and even a mini car vacuum. The daily cleaning service during weekdays was such a bonus, and the clean, inviting pool was a highlight for the entire family. The thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like home. The location is perfect—quiet and safe yet close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts’ attention to detail and care for their guests truly set this place apart. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. "Flat Out" exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, this is it!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Clare's property in Ballito. The home was stunning, impeccably clean, and perfectly situated. The home was away from the hustle and bustle of Central Ballito, but still only a 5 min drive to the beach. From the serene surroundings to the thoughtful touches throughout, every detail was taken care of. It provided the ideal setting for a quiet, peaceful getaway, and we left feeling completely refreshed. Clare was an excellent host, ensuring our stay was seamless. We can’t recommend this property enough and will certainly be back!

Lovely location and within walking distance to the beach and some restaurants, but more importantly to the lovely local coffee shop (Salt). We would definitely recommend Donna-Joy’s place to other people who need space. The property is beautiful and spacious, plus a very well equipped kitchen. The hosts were fantastic, providing answers to any questions we had very quickly and did everything they could to make our stay work perfectly.

A Perfect Stay! My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the Housekeeper, Happiness and she made us feel right at home. This was truly a memorable experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the little touches made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. We as a family had a wonderful stay! The place was everything we wanted and a great view of the ocean. Walking distance to a great beach - my five year old did not get out of the sea! The estate is also lovely - nice and open - dont feel cuttered and cramped in as with most places on the dolphin coast! I will definitely recommend stay and we will definitely return if we get a chance!

We were extremely happy with the location of the apartment. A lot of safe and kid friendly tidal pools and beaches. Many great restaurants and fun places to visit. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and more. Great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Ballito Hills . The host was always available to assist with all we needed , a highly effective communicator . She is very polite .The place is very clean & absolutely stunning . We felt at home . I do recommend this place , the security is top-notch. Impeccable views .
