81 Apartments was very clean and spacious. The facility manager- Mr. Afolabi, was particularly helpful and available, easy to talk to, and happy to give suggestions on how to navigate the neighbourhood.

I was there for a brief one-night stay, and to be honest, it was one of the nights I enjoyed in the city. I would have stayed more days hadn’t been it closer to where the event I came for was located. Aside from that, nice and conducive atmosphere. I even got a free car wash before I woke up, that’s luxurious. I would love to use it again when next I’m in that environment.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ibadan! We needed a place for our honeymoon after our wedding. As soon as I came across this listing, I felt comfortable with it and when I shared it with my wife, she stamped it instantly, infact, she felt in love with it —and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Adedimeji was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, cozy, and conveniently located near Akala Road and the E1 expressway. The on-site crew was always available to assist when needed, and frequently tidied up the place. I highly recommend Adedimeji’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Ibadan. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rented apartment, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful, secure, and budget-friendly environment. The surroundings have a lovely, abroad vibe, making it a refreshing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the standout features is the quiet and secure atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay. The apartment is affordable, and with the added bonus of a 7 AM to 7 PM generator power supply, you never have to worry about electricity. Plus, the host is incredibly thoughtful, and amazing providing a 10k default credit on the meter, which made things even more convenient during my stay. For those who love cooking at home, it’s worth noting for you to contact the Host ask for direction to the nearby store to get all your needs. Overall, this place is a hidden gem that offers great value, a secure environment, and a relaxed atmosphere
