飯田ICから車で約10分で行ける高原の別荘地で、リノベーションハウスを一棟貸しのゲストハウスとしてオープンしました。 豪華ではありませんが、居心地の良い空間を意識してリフォームしています。 キャンプ場に隣接する立地で、ウッドデッキでBBQを楽しんだり、湖畔のお散歩や釣りをされるなど、いろいろな楽しみ方が可能です。（キャンプ場は別料金となります。『沢城湖牧場キャンプ場』にご確認ください） 屋内では、Wi-Fiで簡単に操作できるプロジェクターでホームシアターも楽しめます。Amazon prime VideoやNetflixのアカウントに接続可能。隣接する民家がないので、いつでも大音量でお楽しみいただけます。 滞在中は84㎡の占有面積をご自由にお使いいただけます。 洗濯乾燥機を無料で使っていただけますので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。 自炊も可能な設備をご用意していますので、旅行プランに合わせた滞在スタイルを楽しんでいただけます。 冬季（１月〜３月）は、キャンプ場付近５００メートル程に雪や氷が残ることがあります。お越しの際はスタッドレスタイヤ装着の車と、できれば４WDでお越しください。

It is an ideal base for sightseeing in Shizuoka

The location is ideal for visiting Nihondaira, Mihonomatsubara, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and other sightseeing spots. It is also close to Shimizu S-Pulse home stadium (IAI Stadium), making it ideal for watching soccer games. Rooms are equipped with two single beds, a kitchen (with cooking utensils), bathroom, toilet, and loft for your comfort and relaxation. *Normally, there are two single beds, but for reservations of two or more people, we will lay out a futon in the loft to accommodate them.

Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
