Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Fantastic stay at Monica's beautiful home perfectly situated within Is Molas Resort. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to stunning local beaches and amenities.The house itself was incredibly welcoming and homey, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time by the lovely swimming pool, which was immaculately maintained and a highlight of our stay. Monica was an outstanding host. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Having previously stayed at her other property in Puglia, we were delighted to find the same high standards and thoughtful touches that made both experiences truly memorable. We highly recommend this charming property and can't wait to return again!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Das Ferienhaus von Massimo liegt etwas abgelegen, eine Schotterstrasse führt einige hundert Meter der Küste entlang an diesen gemütlichen und ruhigen Fleck. Der Spaggia dei Francesi (kleine Lagune mit Glasklarem Wasser und feinkörnigem, weissem Sand) befindet sich ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. Der Garten mit Pool und grosser Grillstelle ist mit einer Schutzmauer umgeben. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und eignet sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien oder einer Gruppe. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für Massimo’s Gastfreundschaft! Gerne wieder!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Valentiny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Valentina czekała na nas i osobiście powitała nas chociaż było to w nocy. Jednocześnie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, a także potrzebnych wskazówek o ciekawych miejscach do zobaczenia w Cagliari. Prawie codziennie kontaktowała się z nami, aby przekonać się czy wszystko w porządku. Miejsce tuż przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym jest wyjątkowo spokojne, blisko do centrum i na dworzec. W domu jest winda, co ułatwia poruszanie się. Żałujemy, że tak szybko minął nasz pobyt u Valentiny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić Cagliari.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad op Sardinië, vriendelijke behulpzame host, reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement heeft geen woonkamer binnen, maar wel een groot terras.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
