We live on 14 beautiful acres with walking paths, groves of trees, a beautiful pond, and horses and cows all around us. During your stay, you will enjoy the quietness of the country, but quick easy access to town, Walmart is just 7 minutes away. The Loft is cozy with a wonderful view out every window. It is the perfect home base for your day trips to Yellowstone, the Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Safari Park (1 min Away), Bear World, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, or visiting BYU-Idaho.

Eagle's Nest At Mountain River Ranch

Queen Size Bed Accommodates up to 2 guests Eagle’s Nest sits tucked away on our quaint pond at Mountain River Ranch. It is one of our coziest cabins. It’s perfect for a couples getaway or an evening of relaxation on the porch as you watch the sunset and listen to the frogs. Bathrooms and showers are an approximate 2 minute walk from this cabin. We have 14 acres for you to enjoy on your stay. We are located ninety minutes from Jackson Hole, an hour and forty-five minutes from West Yellowstone.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. This studio cottage is perfect for a business trip stay for 1 or a small family trip to the area.

Private Basement Apartment w/ 2 Queens & 2 Twins

You will have your own home away from home in this one bedroom basement apartment. You walk down a flight of stairs to gain access. When you enter the living room has a pool table, big screen TV w/sound bar & Roku, Wifi access, and leather couch and loveseat. There is a beautiful bathroom and a small kitchen for cooking meals. The large bedroom has 2 Queens and twin with twin trundle bed. Off street parking in our driveway and in unit laundry for 7+ day stays.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake.
