1，房东热情，回应及时，因为是专业民宿，在入住期间总共遇到房东及工作人员共三人，普通话 粤语 英语 日语均可熟练使用，沟通无障碍。2，很罕见的提供了有babyroom和婴儿床，虽然我们没用上……3，厨房设备很全，调料也很全。4，虽然距离sannomiya不是很近，但是站前有两条bus直达民宿门口（字面意义的门口）。5，这个位置晚上夜景很好，神户越靠北海拔越高，可以在阳台俯瞰城市和港口（阳台上还能抽烟XD）。

I would stay here again.

The perfect spot for big group or family, especially if USJ is part of your itinerary in Osaka. There are 4 rooms and 5 double beds. The unit is spacious as well. It's near the Nishikujo station and along the way u will walk pass Sukiya and Lawson. Nearby there's even a supermarket. Highly recommended if you are finding a place to stay in Osaka. I would definitely go back again!

入住体验非常好，房东响应的很及时，设施也很齐全，感觉不错，下次还可以考虑入住

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Lottie, nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, spacieux, bien situé à 10mn à pied de la station de train, à 3mn d'un Konbini. Lottie est très réactive, elle répond rapidement aux messages, nous avons pu rentrer plus tôt dans l'appartement. Un grand merci pour tout. Bonne continuation.

位置在大阪的偏北，很安静，离千船站很近，交通方便，去梅田几站地，房子在日本应该算大了，我们两个人住的很宽绰，比住酒店方便很多，可以做饭。房屋虽然很旧但很干净，离我孩子学校很近，所有选择这个。下次来，还住这里。

We truly had a great experience at Tatsu’s beautiful home. Not only was it a great location for all our outside destinations but it also was an immaculate comfortable and roomy home. Everything we could have needed. The rooftop on nice days and nights were just extra luxury perks to top off our beautiful stay. It was peaceful n clean place, little far from train station but manageable, host is very responsive and caring. All the amenities provided were nice and comfortable to stay. I would recommend this place people travelling with family and want to cook.

USJ、万博への観光に大変便利でした。 コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。 清潔感はありましたが、建物は古くて4月末でも少し寒く感じました。ただ、暖房がつけられるので問題ありませんでした。

Thank you so much for this beautiful stay! The house was SPOTLESS! As someone who is pedantic about cleanliness, this house was so comfortable to stay in. The floors, sheets, pillowcases and bathrooms were all spotless and we felt right at home. The amenities provided were also great and they had everything you need. The host was great at responding to any questions and super friendly. The area was also really quiet and calm. Thanks once again for being a great host - highly recommend!

房东非常好，提前几天就提供了交通信息，从我们下飞机开始就一直跟我们沟通，还到地铁口等我们。房子位置很好，离地铁站很近，到环球影城很近，去难波梅田等地方也很方便。房间非常干净舒适，晚上很安静。房东还会帮忙准备早餐，烧水，真的非常友善。下次来大阪还会选他们家
