Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. This 2.5 bedroom house features open plan living and dining space, with high ceilings and fans, and separate sleeping quarters. The well equipped kitchen is a cooks dream. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
