Joe's place was exactly as described - tranquile farm stay with all kinds of wildlife visits! It even had everything for breakfast - bread, eggs, cereals, coffee and fruits! even an avocado!!! we also needed some extra milk and he was able to help with that! thank you Joe - we'll come again!

We absolutely loved our short stay at Hunter Hideaway Farm. It was so peaceful and picturesque waking up to the beautiful surroundings and the birds chirping. The cabin is comfortable, cozy and has all the creature comforts of home. With a stunning outlook across the paddocks down to the pond. Would highly recommend for a romantic couples weekend. Some cheese and crackers and a nice glass of red in the hot spa while watching the sun set, what more could you ask for.

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

This place is an absolute gem. It is exceptionally equipped for a beautiful retreat with friends or family. We had a 6 week old and were incredibly comfortable. The place has everything you can possibly think of for amenities, including an incredible breakfast spread and everything you need to cook a meal. Thank you so much for having us

Stunning location, dream country house, gorgeous gardens, generous and friendly host. What more could you ask for! We didn’t leave the property as it was such a nice place to relax and unwind. Farm walks by day and fire pits at night. Dress ups for the kids were a hit. Fenced yard was perfect for our pooch. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

A great spot for a group, super rare to find ensuites for every room! Very handy location, especially if you're attending a wedding in the Hunter Valley, as it's close to the Broke Rd main strip. Only stayed for a night but would love to come back for a peaceful weekend away.

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

Thanks for a lovely stay, Pinny. This was a perfect getaway for our young family. The house itself has large, open living areas, with plenty of floor space for children to run around and do cartwheels. The area surrounding the house is open, flat, well maintained lawn. We enjoyed a having a campfire and feeding the farm animals. Pinny came to visit and told us all about the animals and made us feel welcome. Then, when we lost the key, she let us into the house and let us know as soon as she could what fee we'd be up for to get things sorted. We would love to come back and stay one day.

We had a lovely one night stay at Rod & Taryn's farm. It was the perfect place to stop on our trip home - clean, comfortable and plenty of space for the kids to run free. Would definitely recommend

A beautiful country surrounding, with a very engaged host, who talks you through all things country, and has a lot of time for the little ones 👍

What a great experience! Kids absolutely loved it - the atmosphere, animals and… TV in kids bedroom 😅 We saw some wild kangaroos, all the farm animals were friendly and a bit cheeky. We felt very spoilt with yummy stuff for breakfast, fantastic treasure hunt, gem and fossil dig, and all the little touches like bed time books, animal food.

We absolutely loved our stay! The tiny home was perfect for the two of us and the location is beautiful - surrounded by paddocks and animals. The sauna, ice bath and spa are private and have great views. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Thank you so much, your place was beautiful , exactly what we needed after a busy weekend camping with friends. We did have to boil a couple of kettle loads to get the bath to desired temperature but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you xx

Such a beautiful home, so peaceful and tranquil. Everything inside the home was perfect, the linen and the bed was like a cloud. Loved the donkeys and dogs pottering around. Stephanie was so kind and generous - made us a 10/10 sourdough to eat. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and excited to come back!

The property was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and engaging activities. A particular highlight was the opportunity for a two-year-old in our group to feed the animals, adding a unique and memorable experience to our stay. Lucille was incredibly friendly, ensuring open and clear communication throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and well taken care of. Perfect spot! Secluded countryside, perfect stop for rest while traveling!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming property! Check in was simple and we were greeted with two bottles from the hosts winery. The home was clean, tidy, homely and inviting for our large family and our kids found plenty of things to do both inside and outside the house. There were board games and toys, and they loved the outdoor play area. The bedrooms were well presented and comfortable to sleep in. The host was friendly and helped us with all of our enquires. Internet is as-expected in the area at ~12mbps, but you don’t take a country escape to spend your time online! We had a five star visit which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter.

Thank you Susan! My mum, sister and I had the most wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley. The cottage is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful vineyard landscape. Susan & her husband even let us ‘forage’ for passionfruits for our breakfast in their lovely cottage garden too. Great place, with other farms nearby. If you have pets, this is great place for them to run around and explore. All amenities you may need are provided. It’s about 30 minutes from Mudgee, so great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Quite a few vineyards within 20 - 25 minutes, so lots to explore. Had a great time.

We spent a lovely Christmas at The Dairy Cottage, it was so peaceful and private. We really loved sitting out on the deck at sunset, watching the cows, lambs, birds and enjoying the water view. The cottage has everything you need for a great country break!
