Great place to stay. Connectivity is amazing close to the Metro, close to the Trams and Bus stops. Also, Spar-Supermarket is close by which means you have everything you need in a quiet secure neighbourhood.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Budapest! The host was very welcoming and communicated well, which made the arrival smooth and friendly. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and private—beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. Despite being in a central location, it was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Great location with an amazing balcony! Close enough to the any use of the public transport. Rooms were all very well air conditioned and comfortable. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

High ceilings and large windows make for a spacious and bright apartment. Kitchen has everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. Next to the Central Market, with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. Keypad access to both the building and the second floor apartment. No lift, but wide spacious staircase.

La zona es tranquila y tiene una ubicación ideal para moverse por Budapest. Agnes estuvo siempre muy atenta a las consultas y respondía muy rápido. Llegamos muy tarde y el acceso fue muy sencillo con las indicaciones de Agnes. Muy recomendable. Como única pega los colchones y almohadas eran demasiado blandas, a nuestro parecer.

Beautiful home with all amenities required. High level of cleanliness upon entering and easy to maintain, host was very pleasant and responsive to any queries I had which was great. The view from the bedroom was beautiful and would be a great place in summer with the large garden. Would definitely go back! A car is needed to get there or can easily use the local bolt services which we did. There is a large tescos about 5 minutes walk away too.

The place is located in an unmatchable place. Best views of Visegrád. Everything was clean and new. And the jacuzzi after a long hiking day, again with the views made the stay incredible. We will definitely repeat the experience. There is everything you need in the apartment. Instructions for the apartment were also very clear. Highly recommended hosts as well. Thank you!😊

Wir haben Judit und Sandor als wundervolle Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Die Kommunikation war stets herzlich, so dass die Google-Übersetzung nicht gestört hat. Neben der mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichteten Wohnung, wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Ebenso stand als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und Wasser für uns bereit. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, die wir kostenpflichtig nutzen konnten und die uns die heißen Tage ebenfalls versüßt haben. Die Wohnung war nur wenige Schritte vom Badestrand des Balaton entfernt. Es gab im Ort einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Da wir in der Nachsaison vor Ort waren, war der Badestrand kostenfrei. Ein Ausflug zum Südstrand mit der Fähre sowie die Seehöhle in Tapolca sind unserer Ansicht nach sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für unsere herzlichen Gastgeber aus und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. VIELEN DANK!!!

Csodás hely kicsit kikapcsolódni, alkalmas arra, hogy az ember egy térben legyen a másikkal, de a ház elosztása miatt el is lehet vonulni. Szilvi nagyon rugalmas volt minden felmerülő kérdéssel/kéréssel kapcsolatban. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage und schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war mit viel Detail und Sorgfalt eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die einzige Kritik ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir würden dennoch gern wieder dort buchen.

오래된 아파트지만 깨끗한 인테리어가 되어 있는 곳입니다. 가족 단위로 와서 숙박하기 좋고 스틀리트 시내나 주변 비치로 차로 간단히 이동할 수 있습니다. 주인이 추천해 준 식당도 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 주차는 아파트 주변에 주차해야 하는데 늦게 들어오는 경우는 주차 자리를 찾는데 시간이 좀 걸립니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Szabolcs's place. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Szabolcs was a kind and attentive host, always ready to help if anything came up. Staying at Istvan's place has been one of the best experiences on AirBnB so far, from check-in to check-out communication was courteous and flawless, the space was very prcatical and meticulously clean. Getting around is easy with public transportation. The secure parking added an additional value to the place. Thank you Istvan for being a generous host! Can't wait to be back!

We loved this place! It was very clean. Marta met us there on checkin day to answer any questions that we had. It is well located and we loved the little bakery across the street so we could get a Cappucino in the morning! We walked to many attractions from here. Our host also generously offered to let us use her towels and slippers if we went to the Thermal Spa ( which we did!). The host had given us a list of nearby restaurants too. Additional plus was that it had a lovely balcony. I highly recommend this place.

Unser Aufenthalt in Budapest war einfach fantastisch. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern unterwegs und die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Laszlo war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, bei unserem nächsten Budapest-Aufenthalt!

Such a wonderful find! Super walkable to all the tourist spots and public transport. Really nice space and authentic feel. Hedda was always quick to respond and had great recommendations. She was also super flexible with checkout and it was nice to arrive to some drinks and chocolate. She also had things ready for our baby including cot, high chair and baby wash. Above and beyond really. Would love to come back one day!

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, esta ubicado muy cerca del centro (2 minutos en autobús) y el anfitrión responde muy rápido a los mensajes.

Teljesen elégedettek voltunk a szállással ott tartózkodásunk során. Tiszta, modern lakás, kényelmes ágyak. Külön pozitívum a mélygarázs, a szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt és a felmerülő kérdéseket is gyorsan megválaszolta. Bátran ajánlom.

Great apartment just as described and pictured. I needed the cooling at night and it did a good job. WiFi good, communication good (I never needed anything immediate but responses were always timely). Pictures and entrance instructions meant no difficulty in accessing the apartment. It’s been thoughtfully decorated (might not matter for an overnight but it does to me for a week). Location close to the 4/6 tram, M1 metro at Oktagon, and to Andrassy Ave. can’t really be better. I would definitely stay again (and may). Note that I wasn’t able to figure out the elevator (but didn’t ask) - really the only time I could have used it was moving in and moving out. And note that the bed is tall - I am short and older so needed to use a chair to climb in. Ha! I go to Budapest frequently and this was definitely value for money.
