Ly was a really attentive host. Easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfect for what I wanted. Access to gym and pool was easy. The area is unique and full of shops, restaurants and cool parks.

An absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, and the recommendations from the host were spot on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

Đây là căn hộ có giá tốt và giá trị. Căn hộ đầy đủ mọi tiện nghi, máy giặt kèm sấy, có đủ đồ dùng để nấu ăn, lò vi sóng. Giường to, chiếc đệm tốt, chăn ga sạch sẽ, căn hộ sạch sẽ gọn gàng, bình hoa đẹp. Đáng đồng tiền. Tôi rất muốn ở lại trong 1 tuần. Khung cảnh xung quanh thật tuyệt vời, nhiều nhà hàng ăn. Nó ngay gần hồ, yên tĩnh trong lành. Tôi đã trải nghiệm dịch vụ tắm khoáng, nó rất tuyệt. Tôi đã có một chuyến đi đáng nhớ. Tôi rất muốn sớm quay lại với gia đình của mình để ở lại nơi đây.

Căn hộ tông trắng nâu rất xinh xắn. View trực tiếp bể bơi bốn mùa, thác nước và khu biệt thự đảo. Quanh toà nhà có nhiều quán ăn, cafe đẹp và sạch sẽ. Trong căn hộ có nhiều tiện ích: máy pha cafe, lò vi sóng, bếp, nồi cơm điện, tivi to. Đặc biệt là đệm rất êm. Chị chủ nhà nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn tận tình!

The apartment is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a balcony and master bathtub offering stunning views. We loved the in-house sauna, laundry area, and peaceful morning walks around the lake. Getting to the Old Quarter was quick and easy with Grab. The highlight was Hang’s heartfelt gesture of surprising us with a birthday cake for my dad and personally celebrating with us. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended! She was incredibly proactive and attentive, helping us plan the rest of our trip and ensuring we felt safe throughout. Always prompt, available, and genuinely hospitable—a truly exceptional host!

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại căn hộ của gia đình Atutu! Không gian rất riêng tư và yên tĩnh, đặc biệt tôi rất thích khu vực xông hơi khô và tắm khoáng nóng – cơ thể được thư giãn hoàn toàn, da mướt mịn và giấc ngủ cực kỳ sâu. Căn hộ trang trí tinh tế, sạch sẽ, thơm tho. Xung quanh có chợ, siêu thị, quán ăn, cà phê, spa và công viên với nhiều cây xanh, hồ nước, rất tiện lợi để khám phá và thư giãn. Vị trí dễ dàng di chuyển. Tòa nhà có phòng gym miễn phí với đầy đủ thiết bị. Tất cả các nhân viên của tòa nhà đều thân thiện và lịch sự. Chủ nhà phản hồi nhanh, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Một trải nghiệm ấm áp, dễ chịu như ở nhà. Cảm ơn Atutu, Hồng Tươi vì tất cả!

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

Famille de 5, nous avons passé 8 jours dans un des appartements de My's home. Pas celui-ci mais un autre dans le même immeuble (l'appartement 2815 qui était top). Cette note est donc uniquement pour les 2 personnes qui nous ont accueilli et accompagné lors de notre séjour à Hanoi: My's home et la dame que nous avons vu quand nous avions eu besoin d'aide. C'étaient 2 personnes très prévenantes, compréhensives et réactives. Au petits soins et vraiment gentilles. Merci pour l'accueil

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning straight to the Swan lake. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed which made us felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

We loved our stay at Ecopark City and would recommend Betty's apartment. The location is very central to everything, and having the lake right there for walks every day and enjoying nature and animals - this alone is worth a lot. Betty and David were always responsive and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed for a short or long stay. A lot of small supermarkets are very nearby and a lot of things can be bought there if needed. Street market with veggies and fruit is in 10-15 mins walk. Full service complimentary cleaning was included twice a month. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat ruined by the repairs upstairs which started soon after we moved in and lasted all month while we were there. Not the hosts' fault, but it would be beneficial for the future tenants to ask about the completion of these repairs. Otherwise - very highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. very spacious, great views, really nice places to eat very close by. This is a beautiful apartment to stay in. I would highly recommend. Betty was very attentive and accommodating, 10/10 host and 10/10 apartment. If I’m ever back in Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again!

Happy house

This hospitality is quite good to enjoy the weekend at Ecopark. Suitable for family of 6-7 people and there are a lot amentities around this place. Highly recommend this place when you have a trip to Ecopark.

Wonderful Stay at Betty’s Place! We had a lovely time staying at Betty’s property. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Betty was an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was local tips or ensuring we had everything we needed, she went the extra mile. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend her home to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved our stay at here! Betty was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The partment was new, spotless, and looked exactly like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the big screen TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our favorite spot was the bathroom — the huge bathtub and the dry sauna were amazing! The sauna even had music and cozy lighting, which made it feel like a private spa. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ecopark!

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Trang’s house provides a calm and beautiful oasis to return back to after a big day of ducking scooters and eating Bahn mi. This felt like a truly authentic Hà Nội experience staying in this beautiful home. Everyone’s jaw dropped as we walked through this home on check in and took in the incredible space. Trang was always so polite and responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I hope I get to come back to Hà Nội and if I do I will be staying here again! Don’t get a hotel or somewhere lame or ugly, get a truly Hà Nội experience that is extremely gram worthy.
