We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic getaway weekend with friends and enjoyed a calming stay at Joe and Barb's place. We saw so many different types of birds and animals and had a blast hiking around the trails referred to us by Joe and Barb. Would love to visit again and would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the New Paltz area.

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Mike & Anna's cabin for a long weekend with the intention of spending the weekend inside, enjoying a fire, and disconnecting from work and technology. It was incredible, such a comfortable, beautiful, tranquil, and cozy home. We're already planning a chance to go back. Genuinely exactly what we wanted for a cozy cabin with a fire.

We had a wonderful time! It was a great location for children. My kiddos loved walking down the driveway to see the chickens, goats, horses and cows. The location was close to many towns so exploring was easy and convenient. Chris and Kristi have done a great job to make the tiny cabin a special place! We will certainly try to visit again! Many wonderful memories were made.

Staying at the River Loft was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The space is beautifully designed—chic, modern, and filled with natural light. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the high-end amenities, was clearly chosen with care. The real magic, though, is the location. Nestled by the river and surrounded by trees, it felt like a peaceful retreat from the world. We loved sitting outside with our morning coffee, listening to the gentle sounds of nature. It was incredibly serene and rejuvenating. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a creative escape, or just a quiet weekend in a beautiful setting, the River Loft delivers on every level. We can’t wait to return!

Heidi’s place is so cute, clean, and private. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilled steaks on the back patio! Would definitely recommend!

My family and I recently stayed at the Villa to celebrate my birthday. The 4hr plus drive was definitely worth it!!! Can’t get over that amazing 🤩 view and so fortunate to have experienced this beautiful landscape for my birthday. My husband and I loved relaxing in the hot tub during the evening. We appreciated how clean the hot tub was as well. Kerry, the private chef, cooked a delicious meal and you should definitely consider booking her during your stay. Just a FYI which I think is important to mention…….to access the Villa from the parking lot is about 80 steps. We had a wonderful time! Thank you Scott & Ina 😊

The place was so cozy and perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed fishing in the afternoon and making s’mores by the fire. We will be staying here again. Thanks again for hosting us.

Molly's little airbnb cottage on their property was idyllic! We're now planning out our entire lives moving upstate, hah! Despite some rain, the experience was peaceful and lovely. We loved laying in bed and sitting on the sofa, watching the river outside. The Deck was great. The river was calming and stunning, even if we couldn't wade across due to the rain. Molly was very kind, responsive, and suggested a great restaurant to visit.

Our stay at Cabin Noir was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I spent three amazing nights and 4 amazing days enjoying the beautiful Woodstock area. Between the amenities at the cabin, and Gloria's list of recommended activities/restaurants, there was more than enough to enjoy, and I would definitely stay there again. The roof deck, the hot tub, the fire pit, climate controls, and modern creature comforts, combined with many indoor and outdoor seating options allowed for great times reading, doing puzzles, lounging, cooking, self care, and everything in between. It's location (about a 12 min drive from downtown Woodstock) allowed for peace and solitude, or shopping and socializing, depending on how you're feeling. There are also plenty of grocery stores, scenic drives/locations, and great restaurants in every direction. Every question we had was promptly and clearly answered by Gloria. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was a great stay, the space was well equipped. Being right by the water, hearing that falling asleep was sublime!

Great Weekend getaway very private & secluded. Everything was perfect as advertised no complaints maybe besides to vacuum the couch free of pet dander for people with pet allergies. Everything else was spot on the hot tub was very fun. One piece of advice is to really stay on your own property line, we saw flashlights close by to ours at around 3 am. That would definitely spook you although i’m sure it was just neighbors. Would recommend this place to anyone , 100% worth it. 10/10

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

All the positive reviews are true, this is a truly magical spot. I absolutely loved being off grid and the time flew by. A great chance to disconnected, reset, be in nature and relax. Photos also don’t do it justice. Hosts were very helpful and responsive also.

Stayed one night and loved it—super cute spot! The alpacas and animals were fun to be around, and waking up to a foggy spring morning with the big window was v pretty. No running water takes a little getting used to, but it was totally fine for a night and was communicated clearly in advance. Great location—feels nice and remote but still close to town.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Ricky for the opportunity to stay at his home for a few days. The house was very clean and cozy, creating a homely atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Beau séjour, nous l’avions loués pour aller faire du Ski au mont Gore en famille. Nous étions à 40 min de la montagne. Petit et confortable, nous avons appréciez qu’il n’y ait pas de wifi. Nous avons profité du feu au retour de la montagne.

Perfect, quiet, clean cabin for a friends/couples getaway! Our friends live in MA and we live in MD so we were looking for a cozy cabin to meet in the middle with our dogs and Marie's home was lovely. Hot tub was wonderful, walking around the neighborhood it was quiet, people were very friendly and animal wildlife sightings plenty! Well stocked home, cute fireplace, instructions were clear and easy and Marie was friendly and proactive! Would definitely come back, thank you for a wonderful weekend!
