Friendly staff. Nice options for the daily food trucks. Gym was better than expected/ better than the usual hotel or apartment gym. Enjoyed using the cafe’s coffee and hot chocolate machine. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom and bedroom and closet.

Viva was so nice and responsive.We had great time staying at her place.😊

We had such a nice stay. The studio was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was even coffee and a brewer which was amazing to wake up to after getting in very late the night before. Everything about the stay was seamless and easy. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

The two-level apartment was very clean and stocked with all the needed accessories. The view is great and proximity to Middlebury nice. The host was responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Nice place, great views, cozy and quiet. Fireplace was inoperable (as posted) due to pending maintenance.

Hi we stayed here two nights and it was perfect location for skiing butternut and catmount. We were able to cook dinner and breakfasts in the unit and pack lunches. Kitchen was well equipped with pans, dishes etc (but note no oil or salt and pepper etc). Nice to have my boyfriend’s daughters have their own bedroom and bathroom. Overall the unit was spacious and beds were comfortable. We loved having access to a hot tub after a day of skiing! Hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful Airbnb with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and great hosts. The flowers and plants around the home were gorgeous. A pleasant walk into town for meals. Highly recommend.

Gina’s place was amazing. This was our second time staying here and honestly it’s just a great place. There’s really good local food, the pool is great for the kids , the place is big and spacious just overall a good place to bring your family or just go with you partner. Thank you Gina again for everything, looking forward to coming again ❤️.

No issues. Decided to take a weekend getaway for 2 on short notice. Property was as adverised. Could easily handle 4 adults in king beds and 2 smaller adults or younger people on pull out bedding. 6 would fit but would have to share bathroom. Clean, quiet, convenient, well appointed. Didn't see any other guests.

Very comfortable, conveniently less than one mile off the highway. I loved how it was right next to the river the sound was very relaxing.
