A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. A very spacious and sunny 2 double bedroomed South-facing seafront garden flat. Huge open plan living/dining/workspace 25x21 feet max. 9 foot by 7-foot L-shaped leather sofa, and modern dining suite. Bespoke luxury fitted kitchen. Both rectangular bedrooms have en-suites, walk-in wardrobes, and brand-new pure cotton bed linen. Over 85m2 in total floorspace. A gorgeous studio flat set in a grade II listed beautiful regency building . Full of period features such as stained glass windows , high ceilings, large sash windows and gorgeous cornicing. A fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, nespresso coffee machine and smeg kitchen appliances really finish off the style of this fabulous space . The location is perfect with only a five min walk from Hove station, local shops , bars and restaurants and of course the beach ! We provide hand sanitiser, wipes etc

Seafront + Private Garden + Free Parking

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

A Charming Studio, five mins from Brighton Beach.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.
