Houten : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

After I made my reservation I immediately communicated with the hosts. However there was no response. I was a little concerned as I was soon departing for the Netherlands and I have not heard from them. I called the contact number provided on the listing & spoke to Willem. Upon arrival at the property, I had a friendly welcome by Willem, the host. He was kind enough to allow an early check-in due to my early arrival in Amsterdam. The acomodation was spacious, clean and homey. It provided all the necessities needed. The place is in a farmland surrounded with nature. Situated adjacent to the water, swimming ducks, & swans were a familiar sight. Across the distance, were cows, sheep, horses. Beautiful surroundings, it was quiet & secure. It provided me comfort for one month of my stay. There was free parking outside for my rental car. Willem & Anja were kind and friendly. They made sure my stay was pleasant. I would highly recommend this place & would consider staying here again.

Studio très bien aménagé, endroit paisible, calme. Très bonne literie. Margreet nous a laissé de petits présents comme les petits chocolats pour Pâques, des petites bières et suffisamment de dosettes de café pour notre séjour c'est très sympa. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Naarden is SUCH a beautiful place and we wouldn’t have found a more primal location if we tried. Between the location and the beautiful flat, you can’t ask for more. The price is a bargain, and our host was such a kind and thoughtful host. We felt right at home, and were hoping to come back next year!

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Immer schnelle Antworten und super freundlich. Gerne wieder :)

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

Das Hafenkontoor war einfach zu finden, der Check-in war einfach problemlos. Das Appartement entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. das Highlight ist der Ausblick auf den Loosdrechter Ser. Der Supermarkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite macht dein Einkauf sehr leicht. Die zentrale Lage ( ca. 10 Minuten zur Autobahn) ermöglichen eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten. werden gerne mal wieder vorbeischauen. LG Christoph

Séjour parfait. Merci a Liselotte et son mari, des hôtes sympathiques agréables et disponibles Quartier agréable, verdoyant, près du lac et a 50 minutes environ d Amsterdam en bus. Quelques magasins alimentaires proches a pied et pas loin de la mer, de keukenfof...en voiture. La maison a tout le nécessaire. Liselotte est très disponible par message et de très bons conseils Nous avons eu des boissons dans le frigo Nous recommandons sans hésitation Patricia Thalia Thierry

Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Nice townhouse, excellent location, full immersion to small town life.

Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

Appartement spacieux et bien décoré dans une maison ancienne typique. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Beau petit déjeuner copieux. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at this beautifully restored farmhouse. We were on a self-drive holiday from the UK and visited Utrecht, Lisse, Zandaam, all within an hour's drive from this location, along with a wander into IJsselstein. The accommodation was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook whilst away, and Astrid is the most amazing host. We would definitely visit again would recommend it for a central location to visit lots of local tourist destinations. Make sure you take a wander locally and find the trust cafe, the Dutch Apple Cake is homemade and delicious!

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Emile en Lucia in hun prachtige verblijf. Voor aankomst hele duidelijke instructies ontvangen. Daarnaast waardevolle tips voor leuke wandelroutes, boot verhuur en horeca. Verblijf is sprookjesachtig zo mooi en exact zoals op de foto’s. Helemaal privé en voorzien van alle gemakken. Absolute aanrader om hier heen te gaan!

Einfach perfekt! Wer Liebe zum Detail hat, sollte diese Unterkunft buchen. Es ist sehr ruhig und einheimisch. Die Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht: die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Badezimmer findet man alles was man benötigt und genug Decken sind auch vorhanden. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

We visit Vinkeveen with 4 girls and had a really nice time :) The apartment is pretty and clean and especially the balcony was great. I guess it's a perfect choice if you want to visit amsterdam but also want to have some relaxed time and enjoy the country side or the lake, wich is directly next to the airbnb. We would come back, thanks for the stay!

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

A lovely well designed studio flat that feels very spacious. Lots of personal thoughtful touches make this a delightful place to stay for a short break. The location is brilliant for visiting the historic centre and despite being on a fairly busy road, it's not noisy. We came by car which is not advised as parking is a challenge - or expensive. Stairs up to the first floor flat are steep but straight so possibly a challenge for anyone with significant mobility issues. Gwen was extremely welcoming and helpful

Die Wohnung war so schön, dass ich sie gar nicht weiterempfehlen möchte 😉 Tolle Lage, ruhig, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung, alles da in Küche und Bad. Ich habe sie direkt wieder für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

L'appartamento di Maxime e' molto bello ed attrezzato, in linea con le foto e molto confortevole. Maxime e' stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni su come raggiungere Amsterdam e quali giri fare. La casa e' in posizione molto bella, splendita sicuramente nel periodo estivo. Noi siamo stati nel periodo di Capodanno ed e' stata perfetta come punto di appoggio per poi visitare Amsterdam.l, raggiungibile comodamente in auto in meno di 30 minuti. Molto, molto consigliata.

Het was een prachtige locatie. zomerse temperaturen waren ook een voordeel natuurlijk het verblijf was het meer dan waard het dakterras was heerlijk veel vogel geluiden.

Michiel en Rosa zijn zulke lieve mensen. We voelden ons gelijk thuis in het appartement door een super Lief welkomst cadeau. Alles zag er verzorg en netjes uit. De communicatie was uitstekend en het was altijd fijn om even een praatje te maken met Michiel en Rosa. De ligging van het appartement is super en de omgeving lijkt wel een ansichtkaart. Gewoon een superfijne ervaring om hier te verblijven. Zelfs in de winter. We gaan ze missen maar zijn ontzettend blij dat ze een onderdeel van onze reis zijn geweest.
