Cabin 1 directly on the lake!

We have 3 cabins on Houston County Lake that rent separately. 1&2 have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft. The 3rd is a Studio. Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The guest room has a full-size bunk bed that can sleep 4. The loft has two twin beds in Cabin 1 and a queen mattress in Cabin 2. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. We also have a Roku TV and WIFI. We have a covered Pavilion with Pickleball, basketball, and other games.

Located in the quaint town of Groveton, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time. “Mammie’s House” makes you feel like you’ve just gone to a visit at your Grandma’s. Here, there’s wide open space to relax and enjoy the quiet country. Step outside and see the stars at night or have a bonfire. This 2 bedroom home is all yours equipped with all the necessities. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage space throughout.

A place to yourself in East Texas, this comfy camper has the amenities to arrive and relax or use as a home base for adventures. Easy to get to, 1/4 mi. from Groveton businesses, 22 minutes from Trinity and nearby many East Texas towns and hunting and fishing areas. Master bedroom has full bed, TV. Main room has two pullout beds, TV. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, stovetop/oven, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has shower, toilet, two sinks, towels, basic toiletries. AC/heat. Patio area. Welcome!

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Escape to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac with nearly 2 acres of property to enjoy. This open concept home is perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway with just a 10-minute drive away from Lake Livingston boat ramps. Please note that garages and rooms with locked doors are private spaces and are not accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding.

The Bunkhouse Getaway is a one room, open concept rental nestled in a rural area of east Texas. The perfect setting to relax and unwind on the private porch while enjoying the tranquil views and majestic sunrises and sunsets. Most nights the sky is full of stars with the occasional sounds of coyotes, frogs, and crickets.

Couples Getaway Cottage at Ratcliff Lake

Craving "ALONE" time? This is the place for you! This 900 square foot studio with a full width deck is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the East Texas Woods. Turn left out of the driveway and walk into the Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area where for a small fee you will find swimming, hiking, and picnicking.
