Fenced in backyard with patio furniture/fire pit. No Parties allowed. A $500 fee will be charged to the guest in the event of a party. Great for long term stays. Ground level entrance with small step onto covered porch.

This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
