We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Wonderful stay at an incredible home. Our group of 6 — including a baby and toddler — immediately felt at home here. The kitchen is generous and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard garden is private and brimming with gorgeous plants. It’s a perfect place to explore Holt and the nearby sea. We look forward to returning!

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

The accommodation was excellent. Lots of nice touches, milk and chocolate fingers and others bits and bobs were provided.

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

This was probably one of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed in, it just felt like home. The love that Matt has put into this cottage is so clear, from the little touches, the amazing smell when you walked in, to the digital guidebook which is carefully curated to provide information of the surrounding area and details about the cottage. Everything was exceptional standard and felt so carefully thought of, even down to the Japanese Toilet in the bathroom! Just amazing. I would recommend this Air B and B to anyone and I can’t wait to return ☺️ thanks again, Matt.

We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing time at Lime Tree Lodge. Very comfortable accommodation and great having the hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay on Norwich here - easy walk to Norwich City Centre and also closer bars and restaurants. The flat was full of character and very comfortable, easy to follow information pack. Well stocked for a home from home experience. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay, Mike made us feel so welcome and had thought of everything. A spacious property in a peaceful location, ideal for walks and even a trip to Blickling Hall over the weekend.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. We had a wonderful long bank holiday weekend at Mole End, and it truly felt like a home from home. The space is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Despite the weather not being perfect, we still made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The area is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us, and our furry friend had a great time. Mole End is nestled in a secluded corner, making it feel like a private haven. The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. A special thanks to the team for allowing us to check out later – it was a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Mole End is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with the comfort of home, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
