A Scenic & Secure Hilltop Full Guest House Getaway

Very secure, private and scenic guesthouse casitas that are connected by a private Jack & Jill bath (stand up shower). One bedroom has a full-size bed and is set up strictly as a bedroom and the second bedroom has a twin bed (with an additional twin blowup mattress). The second room also has a new microwave and Keurig coffee maker along with a small dining table for work or games/puzzles that are provided. I have also provided an additional office chair. The rooms and the space are very cozy.

Luxury 800 sq ft detached garage apartment. Apartment features a tree house balcony, full kitchen, living room, fully-appointed bedroom with King bed, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks, and a laundry room. Granbury’s town square, with shops, restaurants, and entertainment are 5 minutes away. The lake is a short stroll past the main house. Play on our kayaks, swim or fish at our private dock. Play, cook, shop or just relax. Discounts for stays of a week or more.

Spacious Kitchen downstairs and sleeping upstairs. Shared lakefront grass yard with outdoor fire pit. Community dock visible from the house (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 min- drive to Historic Granbury Square to unwind with events, public beach, and local music. No swimming directly from the property.

Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Adorable 2 bedroom guest house with private parking area just under 2 miles to the famous Granbury Square. Access to a firepit, and waterfront seawall and deck. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has two queen beds. Kitchenette with microwave, dorm refrigerator and freezer, toaster and keurig coffee maker. There is no sink or stove in the kitchenette. Sitting area with sofa and large TV, WiFi. Access to BBQ grill at main house. Unit has a stackable washer and dryer.

Enjoy Your Complementary Bottle of Champagne on ice, waiting for your arrival and watch the Fireflies from the front porch. Then head down to the Square to Wine Taste at 4 Wineries on the Square, Then enjoy a great dinner at one of the many wonderful Restaurants. There are several Live Music Venues or Live Theatre to enjoy. If you just want to relax, the Home is private and quiet.

You’ll love my place because it is a new construction, beautifully decorated, completely private, immaculately clean, located water-front on the most beautiful open water area of Lake Granbury with beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the lake views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends wanting a get-away, and business travelers.

Blue Heron Cottage is the perfect couples getaway with a queen bed and soaking tub. Enjoy a glass of wine and the sound of the waterfall on your private pond side patio. This is one of four unique cottages surrounding the waterfall, gardens and community room with a complementary coffee bar and arcade games. Also on the property is the main home, the Pomegranate House, that can also be rented. Weekend trolley service to and from the square or a short 7 block walk.
