Excelente lugar, muy comodo y con una muy buena ubicación para salir rápido para las zonas mas concurridas de Shinjuku y Shibuya. El personal fue muy amable y dejo instrucciones claras, volvería sin dudar!.

This place is perfect. Near nakano broadway, many things nearby. If you want to send your luggage to other city or to aiport, just use yamato only 2minutes by foot

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Lots of space, great for 2-4 peeps. Short walk to lots of great food options. Restaurants closer to Kos place have less tourist upcharge. Funky shops and fashion around orange Street is always interesting. Ko was responsive and always had clear instructions. Would recommend.

Wow! One of the best staying. The house is very clean and well built. Morino is very proactive and helpful. The house has everything. Washing machine is good for drying clothes well.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Small home away from home! Very nice apartment in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable to great Cafes, restaurants and surfshops. Clean and pristine apartment with no mould or scum. Loved the separate shower and toilet/basin. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, tenía todas las comodidades. Tuvo los detalles de dejarnos café, cepillo de dientes y jabones. Está cerca de un centro comercial y de varios pequeños. Supermercados. A 15 minutos andando de una estación que en dos paradas te deja el centro de Kioto. Yo volvería a este apartamento. !

Great place to stay. Super convenient right next to the subway and train station. The place was very roomy and comfortable.

Billy’s lovely Airbnb was just perfect. Great location; loved the neighborhood. Very peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle; but just a few minutes walk to the Hatagaya train station and all of Tokyo accessible. My favorite time in Tokyo was wandering through the nearby neighborhoods. Loved Sunday Bake Shop and Paddler’s Coffee; both just a short walk away. Two markets with everything you could ever need seconds (Lawson) to one minute away (larger grocery store with great produce and fresh sushi). Billy was the perfect host- so communicative; we had zero issues the whole trip. The space is very clean and comfortable; really great shower. Thank you Billy for hosting us. Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo!

This is our second time staying at Tomoki-Sans place and as usual, it was an amazing stay. Tomoki went above and beyond to help me and my mom, he even offered to pick us up from the airport, the first time any Airbnb host has went out of their way to do that. This is the perfect spot- 2 minute walk from Meguro station, access to Meguro River (came during cherry blossom season and it was blooming!), and many supermarkets & convenience stories nearby. The place is clean and equipped with washer and dryer, kitchen, and dining/workspace. Beds are comfortable for two people. This is our go-to spot in Tokyo and I highly recommend to book this spot if you see it available! Thank you Tomoki, will see you next year! :)

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

I can’t hype this place up enough. Perfect homey hideaway, right next to sakka slopes!! After a recommendation of rental gear (5 minutes away) we just needed to gear up and cross the road to the ski lifts. Its such a flex to be able to just walk back across the road to a warm and homey villa. We can’t thank Yasue and her partner enough. We will be back!! Would love to hike this area in spring. It was purely magical in winter, and was lucky enough to see some snow monkeys too!! We loved Hakuba. Hopefully we can come when there are less tourists as they can be quite disrespectful. We hope we have made a good impression for you!! Thank you very much and can’t wait to be back!!

We had a great time at Harumi‘s place and enjoyed our longterm stay. Everything was provided very well and the apartment and kitchen is spacious and new equipped. Harumi answered very fast to anything extra we asked for and the location is very convenient with only 5 minutes walk to JR Imamiya station or Daikokucho on the Midosuji line. Lawson or 7-Eleven is just around the corner and some good restaurant options in walking distance. There are some building sites and a children playground around who could be noisy sometimes, but with closed doors and at night it‘s very calm.

Apartment was easy to find and you can head to many places in 20 mins or so. Location is also convenient with the supermarket down the street. But the place was really lovely, the apartment was relatively spacious for two people and their luggage. Really made our Osaka stay!

Très bon emplacement, distance à pied jusqu'à la station "Otsuka". Beaucoup bon restaurants à la proximité. Quartier calme. Phoenix est toujours très réactive, il est très compréhensive et aimable. 2 chambres spacieux, un balcon avec la lave linge. Il y a un placard pour chaque chambre. Les parapluies sont disponible. J'ai un petit problème avec la lave linge et j'ai signalé ce problème à Phoenix. Il a réagit rapidement. Je recommande.

Cet appartement est juste parfait. Il est super bien équipé, fonctionnel, lumineux et très spacieux ! Il est à quelques mètres de la Skytree et plusieurs stations. Je recommande ☺️ ! J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

Had to make some changes to guest count a few weeks in advance and Eric was very responsive as well as accommodating. Great location, everything is within walking distance
