Our stay at Tom's condo at the Hawaiian Princess was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. The view was everything that was advertised along with the privilege of viewing local sea life right from the balcony. During our stay, the condo experienced some mechanical issues. Tom was quick to respond and what couldn't be fixed immediately, Tom monetarily compensated us to offset the inconvenience. Previous reviews referenced the homeless encampment in this area of Oahu. Yes , they are there but never felt unsafe at the condo. One family enjoyed the private beach and ate a l9cal restaurant which was recommended by another Hawaiian Princess guest. For those who want to stay out of the hectic zone of Honolulu or Waikiki, the west side of Oahu in Waianea is worth the drive.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Was a low key area, so very quiet in the evenings and mornings. Never felt crowded. The pool area is pretty small so chairs can be a little hard to come by. Place had all the beach items we needed including chairs (none on the beach unless pay through a vendor, also no personal umbrellas allowed), beach toys, cooler, and wagon. Washer and dryer was great to have in room. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook meals in room and on the grill. Family had an amazing week, thank you!

This please is a must! We have travel across different countries and continents, but we have never stayed in such an equipped place. I was concerned about working space as I came to Hawaii with the idea of working remote for a few days. To my surprise, they had an office with two monitors and even a docking station, which exactly what I needed. I felt like I was working from home. My fiancé love the place too. There are nice restaurant and beaches within walking distances. The mall, in which you could finds everything you need and more. is only 5 minutes drive. The host was very responsive at any time, and even after checkout; I reached out for suggestion about best spot to watch fireworks, and she responded within 2 mins. The sunsets are amazing. You will have 24/7 great views at this place. I could say more…

We totally enjoyed our stay! My husband swears he will never stay in Waikiki again after our stay at this house unit! We did have trouble with web hook up. After notifying our host she made a trip over and replaced a bad modem. Easy fix for her and greatly appreciated by my family! Lovely stay!

This was a great stay. Condo was very clean and host explained everything well. Really close to the beach and walkable distance from restaurants and a lot of stuff to do. Host also answered any questions I had in a quickly manner. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would come back here myself.

We wanted a family vacation that wasn’t the typical crowded Honolulu / Waikiki experience. Kathleen’s unit did not disappoint. Secure facility, clean grounds, an excellent pool with sauna, the beach was semi-private with only a handful of people on the beach at any one time (all friendly, by the way), the unit itself was clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised. The view - Unparalleled. The sunsets from the apartment were unbelievable. Kathleen is very helpful in providing a lot of information up front, so we were well-prepared for any contingency when we arrived. She was also extremely responsive with any communication once on-site as well. Definitely can recommend both Kathleen and this unit.

We had a lovely stay at Melissa’s condo in Ko Olina. We visited for a friend’s wedding at the four seasons. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to and from the wedding. Also within walking distance were the Aulani resort for families who like Disney and a few restaurants. The condo is situated right on the beach in a resort with a couple of pools ( which we did not ). The condo was sparkling clean, well outfitted with beach gear, and it was great to have a designated parking spot, 24-hr front desk, and well-equipped gym. Would stay again if we ever return to Oahu.

Before I even arrived, I was in contact with Jimmy. He helped me decide if a car would be needed and even provided parking if I did, but the location was literally one block from Waikiki Beach! You could see even see Diamond Head from the balcony! Such a huge luxury! There was plenty of space to put our belongings for our 8 day stay, and we fully took advantage to make some home cooked meals using the equipment that was provided with the unit, but he unit was also so close to everything that Waikiki had to offer. There were great shops, convenience stores, restaurants, even food trucks in the alley right outside of the parking gate. You could see that Jimmy had a well laid out game plan for his guests, to anticipate what their need might be. For example, he had items such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and even boogie boards that you could take to the beach! I hope to return to Waikiki very soon, and hopefully this unit is available again when we come back!

William's pad was conveniently located and clean. He was extremely accommodating and there were some nice bonuses like snorkeling gear and boogie boards that saved us from spending extra on activities. Waikiki can tend to be overly touristy, so it was quite nice to stay a block or two from the busiest streets. Lots of food and beach options in walking distance. We would definitely stay with William again.

Stayed here with the primary objective of being able to walk to the Convention Center for a conference each morning. It was a 12-15 min walk to the Convention Center through a shaded promenade beside a river, which was perfect for me. The apartment/condo is slightly smaller than what I perceived from the pictures, but met all of our basic needs for 2 people. Air conditioning was a must even in April and this unit had AC and a fan which was great. Appreciated the option to rent a vehicle through this listing. Very tight, but dedicated parking underneath the building which was very convenient. Bathroom was small but met all basic needs. Host provided little extras that are always appreciated including a functional kitchen with paper towels and aluminum foil, ziplock bags, water filter in the fridge, bath and beach towels, sunscreen. There is an ABC convenient store within a 5min walk, which was great for any quick needs. It is a ~20-30min walk to the main shopping/restaurant district.

I literally loved it here so much, I only stayed for one night but definitely no complaints whatsoever. I will be coming back!

My husband, cat, and I needed a peaceful sanctuary during a stressful time in our life. We were moving off Oahu after staying here for four years. We needed a place to stay after moving out of our home while we coordinated shipping everything off island. This is a great location and the guides that Gidget provides are informative. It was such a beautiful place with very thoughtful decorative touches. The printer was very helpful for us, as I was working remotely. If we couldn’t find nearby street parking we would pay for King Kalakaua plaza which is now run by the hotel adjacent to it and is valet parking only, which had excellent service. Gidget was very responsive to my questions before booking and throughout our stay. We’ll remember this stay fondly, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

Awesome location and place. We had great time in Howards place. Condo was just like pictures and location was perfect. Fast responses to any question we had. It was pleasure staying here and we will be back. Thank you

We were first time visitors to Hawaii. I enjoyed this location as it was a little bit on the end of the really crazy busy area of Waikiki strip, especially if you’re driving a rental car! Back lane is busy and parkade down below is small as they do say use caution. I enjoyed the extras such as the laundry detergent, coffee and and tea. My only complaint is the table on the patio is a little high which was not the most comfortable for sitting outside/ getting up and down (vertically challenged). We did go on rooftop patio which was quite nice. Thank you!

Dan was always patient, friendly, and responsive to my questions. I now realize I was probably an annoying 1st time Airbnb user. Nonetheless, I appreciate how kind he was in his responses. The condo is BEAUTIFUL! It's spacious and perfect for a big group or family. Its set up in such a way that each bedroom has its own bathroom, there's plenty of privacy and space between rooms and the open common space is big and welcoming for the group to come together. My daughter loved the lagoon, my parents loved the live music on-site by the bar Thurs-Sat evening, and I loved the view and serenity. All in all, Dan's place made it possible to have a unforgettable and relaxing family getaway in paradise. Extra bonus points to equipping the condo with everything you could need for the beach (beach wagon, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.) Great value for our money!

Stayed at this location for a few days. Very beautiful condo and location. The place was exactly like the photos. Restaurants, beaches, and souvenir stores are walking distance, which is a plus. Anqi was very responsive which was great. There was noise at night and earplugs were available but I didn’t need it since I’m not a light sleeper and I was exhausted anyways by the end of the day since we’re mostly out. Overall, love it! So much to do in a very short amount of time. My family and I would definitely stay at this place again when we decide to come back to Honolulu.

We had a fantastic stay at Denice’s place and we were so happy with our choice to stay here. Ko Olina is so peaceful, and the condo is a great place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and weather. The condo was just as described - spacious, clean, and a great view of the pool and ocean. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out. Our kids LOVED the deck (which was bigger than we expected) and we spent countless hours playing out there when we were taking breaks from the sun. We loved our stay and can’t wait until we get to come back!

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!

So much room! Place is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. We loved the location, quick walk to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. And we liked being towards the end of Waikiki. Having parking for easy in/out was a huge plus. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Great location; coffee shop in building which was open early. Food trucks across the street. Walkable to great restaurants. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and provided the best views of Waikiki. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Wonderful Location close to the beach, zoo, restaurants, shops. Our grown family of five adults were very comfortable for the week. The accommodations were clean and new.

This was a wonderful property with a beautiful view! The pictures do not do it justice! It was so nice to have complementary valet parking. The parking staff was friendly and very responsive. The place was very comfortable for 5 adults. It is also located in the heart of Waikiki and very convenient to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
