it's a beautiful place. it was real quite. we enjoy sitting on the dock and back porch. We want to go. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the fireplace on the waters edge.

We had a great time a Merry's place. Beautiful, old house, but very well kept. We walked into Geneva several times ; less than a mile walk. Hot tub was great, as was the propane fireplace. Just so comfortable and welcoming. We really loved the old house, and Merry was super accommodating. Great visit!!

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! We spent three days at Dave and Karen‘s chalet. It rained for the majority of our trip, but it gave us a chance to really relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and their lovely home. The beds were comfortable the large living room and gas fireplace were a warm comfort and we loved being able to take our two small dogs along. I have never stayed at a house that had such a well stocked kitchen. We did not cook, but if we had wanted to, everything we needed was there. The hot tub was really enjoyable and perfect location with a beautiful view of the serene forest. There is a walking path around the chalet which the dogs loved. An evening by the outside fireplace was also a special treat. I can see why this place has a five star! It was great that we each had our own private room and bathroom so this location is excellent for two couples. The downstairs has everything you could possibly need for an evening in and we really enjoyed the large projector TV and the games.

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

We were in town to spend the holidays with family and the house was everything that we had hoped for! It was warm and welcoming and a great space for us all to spend time together. Everything was clean and the house had everything that you might need for a wonderful stay. Owner was easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We loved it and are already talking about a repeat visit next year!

We have stayed here a few times when we come to visit family. The place is always clean & located on a quiet street perfect for taking a walk. Karen has always been very receptive to messages. Check out is very easy too!

Ron was very responsive and the space was beautiful and clean. We felt at ease and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again!!

I stayed at Jamie's place with two other girl friends from my doctoral program to progress thesis writing. The apartment was very comfortable and the internet was reliable. We were a short walk from some nice places to eat so we could also enjoy Geneva (Cosentino's and Eddie O'Briens Grille & Bar). Jamie was very responsive and flexible. The whole weekend was a great experience and we are very thankful. The only issue we had is that the bar was showing the Miami football game and not the Syracuse game. They graciously changed channels on one TV at our request but what is wrong with this town.....supporting a Florida team over the 'Cuse??? Go Orange!!!! If you stay at Jamie's, strongly suggest coffee for a sunrise or your favorite beverage for a sunset in the cupola...you can see the whole quaint town and the lake in the distance. ...so serene.

The best place to stay in Dansville. We always stay at Jenni's when i visit my parents and its always a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay with Kristi. We were very comfortable and the space was more than plenty of room for two people. It was very cold outside during our visit, but we stayed nice and warm inside.

Julia’s place was exactly what I needed for my visit to my Alma Mater: great location, awesome coffee steps away, access to downtown super easy (where all the restaurants and bars are located). Geneva is a wonderful city and Julia’s place makes it easy to enjoy. Highly recommended without reservation.
