First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

We had the best time at Penny’s home. She left a cute Easter stuffed animal as a gift for our baby’s first Easter. The yard was nice and clean. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio. While visiting we got to see a mermaid show at the aquarium and visit Hommassa Springs State Park where we met the hippo. Penny baked some delicious cookies for our arrival. Her attention to details was amazing. There were baby bath towels, bath toys, and wipes in the bathroom. The bedding was super nice. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. I have never left anything in a house and whoops we left clothes behind. She shipped them back to my house. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The location was so convenient to town with lots of shops and food options nearby.

Hi! I wanted to leave a review from the perspective of a family of 4, including a toddler. We were visiting friends who live in a neighboring town. I found the place to be spacious enough for the kids to not feel confined, and the neighborhood safe/quiet. The space was very clean. The owners also did a great job with the space design. There is a publix and diner pretty close to grab food. Garage made entry very easy with the kids/car seats.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Loved this place! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were cozy. House was beautiful. Backyard fenced and great for the dog. 7 miles to Florida horse park. 20 min to Silver springs for Kayaking. Would definitely stay again

This home is an updated mobile home with an addition at the very end of a side road. The back porch is really peaceful as it butts up against the forest. The area is very quiet. The checkout was really easy. We had a good time and would stay there again.

Christine’s home is exactly what my family and I were looking for! As soon as we walked through the front door, we felt right at home! The home was spotless and included more amenities than expected. What a beautiful piece of comfort. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The golf cart was a plus! Well my family and I loved her home so much that we wanted to add more time but unfortunately due to work we were unable to!! We will definitely be back to visit!! This is a no brainer! Must book! You will not be disappointed!

We had a very comfortable week long stay at the house. Everything we needed was available to us i. the kitchen including a charcoal grill outside. Loved using the pool as a bonus.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint, we love it! The house is great and the beds are comfy! The pool and the outside space is most amazing spot to hang out!! Rome is beyond amazing to communicate with and always ready to help or give any info! Feels like a home away from home!!! Highly recommended!!!

I can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed at the house and it is beautiful. The pool and being able to have horses on the property were incredible amenities. You will not regret staying here!

Wonderful pet friendly home situated close to the world equestrian center! Beautifully updated with large fenced yard and pool that made for a relaxing stay for us and our pups! Lance was very responsive and his home had everything we needed for a great trip! Highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

The home was very clean, very well organized with plenty of towels and extra blanket blankets. The location on the canal was perfect with a small floating dock and a great view of the water. Everyone in the family enjoyed the kayaks and spent a good deal of time playing in the water and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounded us. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening on the dock.

I really didn't want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this comfy and homey place to myself! I love everything about this tiny home.

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

The house was beautiful and accommodating. Erik allowed us to park our motorcycles in the garage overnight. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore the area, it had a lot to offer.
