My cousin and his friends visited Cerra’s place for his birthday and they had an amazing time. She is a great host, very friendly and responsive answered any questions we had and made our trip a breeze. Cerra’s place was wonderful. The house and location are beautiful and easy to get around downtown. We had a wonderful weekend in Miami would definitely visit her place again. Cerra is a wonderful host thank you for everything and hope to visit again soon.

What a lovely condo! Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Five minutes away from the beach. Made life with my two daughters Very manageable. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be near the beach and likes to have wide open space. Thanks again!!

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

So wonderful! Clean clean clean! Amazingly comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Layout is great for a longer stay with a kitchen/ eating/working living area totallybseparate from the bedroom. Jane, the host, is super responsive and kind and flexible. And the courtyard is a bonus hang out space. I like walking and Victoria park is full of tree-lined streets. A very pleasant walk to the beach and Los Olas if you are up for a couple miles. Oh and wifi is excellent.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

The apartment is more beautiful in person. It is well organized, private, and close to markets, restaurants, and just about 2 miles from the beach. It is the perfect place to have a relaxing time with a vintage touch but a robust Internet if you are looking to work from home. Matthew and his team are always responsive and proactive about anything you may think you need. This is one of the place you always want to come back.

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!
